Sitting at 19cm BPFSL! Which means Cycle #2 is complete!
Starting BPFSL - 17.5 cm
Ending BPFSL - 19 cm
(19.6-17.5) / 17.5 x 100 = 12 % cycle strain
Cycle #2 BPFSL gain of 1.5 cm in 3 weeks and 3 days with no weight increases, just upping the time in certain places.
I gained 1.5 cm in cycle #1 as well but it took 6 weeks and it took more weight without the TM heating pad. I am a believer in using heat for the working portion of your set and cooling off in the elongated state and I would say the proof is in these results. 40% less weight and it took half the time.
During this decon I will just stick with the plan of CR edging for 30 mins a day but also I want to work on my obsession on measuring for my own mental sanity. I plan to only measure my BPEL once a week which will mean 4 checks over the next 4 weeks, I am going away at the end of the month and getting back April 4th so April 5th will be the start to Cycle #3.
Total gains from December 20th until now;
BPFSL 16 cm - 19 cm = 3 cm
BPEL 15.5 - 17 = 1.5 cm (last weeks measurement)
Hoping to see that BPEL catch up on this decon, I think its legging behind a little bit possibly for how quick this cycle went since as of last weeks measurement I am 2 cm behind which is 0.8”. (not sure what I am today)
