In parentheses maybe post - pre? Otherwise it would be a negative number. I had 18.7 centimeters before my cycle. Now it’s 20.5 centimeters. And my post is 21 centimeters.

Sorry yes I messed the second one up. Post measurement of your last session minus your cycle pre measurement.

(21 - 18.7) / 18.7 x 100 = 12.29% strain. If you are following hanging with fire they recommend strain being 7-9% so we are both over lol.

Sitting at 19cm BPFSL! Which means Cycle #2 is complete!

Starting BPFSL - 17.5 cm

Ending BPFSL - 19 cm

(19.6-17.5) / 17.5 x 100 = 12 % cycle strain

Cycle #2 BPFSL gain of 1.5 cm in 3 weeks and 3 days with no weight increases, just upping the time in certain places.

I gained 1.5 cm in cycle #1 as well but it took 6 weeks and it took more weight without the TM heating pad. I am a believer in using heat for the working portion of your set and cooling off in the elongated state and I would say the proof is in these results. 40% less weight and it took half the time.

During this decon I will just stick with the plan of CR edging for 30 mins a day but also I want to work on my obsession on measuring for my own mental sanity. I plan to only measure my BPEL once a week which will mean 4 checks over the next 4 weeks, I am going away at the end of the month and getting back April 4th so April 5th will be the start to Cycle #3.

Total gains from December 20th until now;

BPFSL 16 cm - 19 cm = 3 cm
BPEL 15.5 - 17 = 1.5 cm (last weeks measurement)

Hoping to see that BPEL catch up on this decon, I think its legging behind a little bit possibly for how quick this cycle went since as of last weeks measurement I am 2 cm behind which is 0.8”. (not sure what I am today)

Two days after PE measurements;

BPFSL 19 cm

BPEL 17.5 cm

It’s really nice to see the BPEL catching up already with the CR edging. I’m also incorporating a few base manual squeezes this time so we’ll see if it plays out! Also haven’t lost any BPFSL.

I’m at 2 cm gained since December 20th on BPEL which has me really excited. Next measurement will be next Friday.

Started a pelvic floor stretching program and I have to say I didn’t realize how tight my pelvic floor was until I was done the stretches and how worked it felt down there the next day! Going to be adding this to my program going forward.

The goal for me is to get 7.5 x 5.5!

Doing length first and then switching over to girth is the plan!

If things go well I might consider riding the wave to 8. I started at 12 cm for MEG but I’ve been seeing alot of 12.5 cm on the tape so I might have gained a bit of girth from the edging.

These are just first goals, I might set up new ones when I hit these or take a break for a bit!!

I am not sure the rules on links but this is the starting video I am using and I have to say you can feel the stretch in the pelvic floor the next day. Going to do this every day for at least a month and then look at doing his rebuilding the pelvic floor program.

I do wonder what is CR edging? Thoughtfulgold’s edging is the one I’m trying right now. Staying hard as long as possible without orgasming, that is.

Short Term Goal: 6" BPEL, 5" EG

Just a quick update! I’m refraining from measuring BPEL because I feel like I am a bit addicted to it and I have found myself even measuring a couple times a day especially if it’s a bit shorter that day.

Measured my BPFSL though and it is still sitting at 19 cm.

I met with a Pevlic Floor Physio yesterday and she said she was surprised I could get an erection with how tight my pelvic floor was. She has showed me some massage techniques to add to my routine. Doing the massages last night in the bath and my glans actually changed to a lighter color almost as if it was getting better circulation. Going to continue on and I have a follow up with her in 3 weeks time.

So I’m out of my scope here for sure and my factors could be different than yours but she felt me down there and could instantly know I was tight. I had a clue because the next day after stretching it, it felt fatigued. Have you ever gotten a knot in your back where when you rub your finger over it there is like a snappy feeling? When I do that to my pelvic floor there is that snap on both sides.

Just an update,

BPEL still sitting around 17.5 cm
BPFSL still sitting at 19 cm

Was hoping to be a bit longer on BPEL but maybe just need some more stretching to push it further!
