Hello everyone,

I have been doing manuals for a few years off and on (mostly off) and decided in December that I wanted to get dedicated and do it every day. I have no starting stats but I will say I have definitely gained over the inconsistent manuals I had been doing. I am going to be running my stats starting from December 20th, 2022 going forward!

From December until now I have done a few things but I am going to be sticking with vacuum hanging until I reach my length goal.

December 20th I started with compression hanging and after a couple weeks of pain I decided that wasn’t the route for me, I then started vacuum hanging and have been blister/injury free and really enjoying it. I started with 2.5lbs, then did 5lbs and now I am hanging at 7.5lbs which I thought was what I was supposed to do since I wasn’t getting the fatigue feeling that everyone was talking about until I stumbled upon this forum and read 5.5squared’s post and progress log and instantly bought into his plan. I have ordered a heating pad and it is going to be arriving in two weeks which I have decided with what I have gained since December 20th was more than enough to do a decon break and I will be taking regular decon breaks throughout this journey.

My starting stats as of December 20th are;

BPEL - 15.5 cm
BPFSL - 16 cm
MEG - 12 cm

I won’t be tracking MEG as much as I plan on doing girth after my length goals.

As of today my stats are;

BPEL - 16 cm (could be 16.2, I measured a few times and hit that once or twice but for accuracy I would rather round down)
BPFSL - 17.5 cm

My Goal is to be 19cm BPEL and depending on how long it takes will be what decides if I continue with length for longer to hit another target or switch over to girth.

My first month and a week, I have been trying to hang every day from 40 minutes at a minimum up to 2 hours total with some ADS use. I have been tracking my strain before and after every work out and I am straining about 4.5% a work out which I am going to aim for lower more consistent numbers.

Going forward I am going to be doing Hanging with Fire and tracking my daily progress here.

This decon break I am hoping to go back to much lower weights with the heat to try and yield results that will continue on as long as possible rather than upping the weight like I have been. Since I only have a month and some in the game I am hoping I haven’t gained too much tolerance to the 7.5lbs.

Cycle 1

December 20th - February 1st

Every day except for a few, times ranging between 40-120 minutes and weights ranging from 2.5-7.5lbs.

Starting BPEL 15.5cm - Ending 16cm = 0.5cm gain
Starting BPFSL 16cm - Ending 17.5 = 1.5 cm gain (9.4% Strain)

Starting Cycle 2 Mid February after this decon, this decon will be similar to 5.5squared with CR edging for 30 mins per day.

Sorry about such a long initial post but I wanted all the information to be out there!

I’m glad you’re joining the posting crowd. Good detail and well thought out. Nice gains already too, great job! You’ll like the addition of heat for sure. Feels good and keeps you comfy, and sometimes seems to multiply the effects of work done. I think you have all your bases covered. Good luck on future progress!

The decon break is harder to do than I thought, all I want to be doing is hanging lol

Only day 4 of decon and I am missing hanging. TM heat pad is almost here and I am still CR edging, had to cut yesterday’s session a bit short. Maybe got 15 mins out of the normal 30.

I think 5.5squared said he got a bit of girth off of this and I would be really happy to report some girth gains as that’s next on the list to tackle.

I did a 30-day decon last year and felt sort of lost the whole time. I was very glad to resume my routine when the time was up.

Yeah, it’s actually hard doing nothing. On a bright note I’ve been checking my BPFSL and it’s still sitting at 17.5cm on the second pull! It’s ok to pull it a couple times to get a BPFSL right?

Also forgot to add, I have visible stretch marks from cycle one, I don’t mind them, makes me think I’m stretching well during the cycle, does anyone else get these?

Using moisturizing cream every day.

A BPFSL tug won’t hurt a thing.

There are creams marketed for women who get stretch marks during pregnancy. They will help some with the stretch marks. Keep an eye out for any with added parabens, though. Those work against testosterone.

What I meant is if its ok to log a BPFSL on the second or third pull while cold, or is it logged the first pull and whatever you get is your BPFSL? My first pull is a few mm shorter than my second or third one.

Found stuff feeling more elasticy today! Decon paying off?

BPFSL 17.5 cm on the first pull, and while edging it felt a bit longer and got a BPEL of 16.5 cm! I want to see it consistently before I claim it!

Decon is officially over, since I have to decon again starting March 27th I decided to just take 2 weeks for this decon.

I gained another .5cm on the decon with CR edging for 30 mins a day which I’m really happy about!! That means from cycle #1 I have gained 1cm in BPEL!

Stats starting cycle #2

17.5 BPFSL
16.5 BPEL

Cycle started yesterday and will go from Feb 15 - March 27th.

I’m starting with much lower weight than last time and yesterday I logged great strain from it!

The routine was nice and basic;

10 min @ 2.5lb no heat
30 min @ 3.5lb heat
10 min @ 4.5 no heat (pad off)

I could have pushed to do the full hour but I wanted to start slower this time to see what I respond to with the heat.

Day 1;
BPFSL

17.5 cm -> 18.1 cm = 3.43% Strain

Super excited to see that strain with much lower weights! I used TM heating pads velcro and I do agree I need to use something to make it nice and snug.

Any feedback is always appreciated and the plan is to update this log once a week of the strain numbers for the week!

I know it hasn’t been a week but am in shock every time I pull to do a BPFSL the past few days. It almost doesn’t feel real to be honest but I’m going to stay the course and see how far I can go!

Feb 15 -
10 mins @ 2.5lbs
30 mins @ 3.5 w/heat
10 mins @ 4.5lb no heat
17.5cm - 18.1cm 3.43 strain

Feb 16th

15 mins @ 2.5lb
35 mins @ 3.5lb w/heat
10 min @ 4.5lb no heat

17.6cm - 18.2cm 3.4% strain

Feb 17th
15 mins @ 2.5lb
35 mins @ 3.5lb w/heat
10 mins @ 4.5lb no heat

17.7cm (17.8?) - 18.3cm 3.4% strain

Feb 18th

15 mins @ 2.5lb
35 mins @ 3.5lb w/ heat
10 mins @ 4.5lb no heat

Something didn’t feel right so after the warm up I took everything off and reapplied it.

17.8cm - 18.4cm 3.3%

Again I almost feel like I must be measuring wrong with the increases but at the same time I am pretty consistent where I put the ruler etc, some pulls I go beyond these numbers but when I pull again shortly after this is where I fell so I am taking the lesser numbers. Can’t wait to see where this cycle goes!

Also should I consider dropping the weight or is this a good rate to be gaining?

Yeah I was thinking the same thing but I’m new to this so just wanted clarification lol! I appreciate the input!
