I did test for testosterone a while ago, and then again last year. Free T was very low but Test was fine. I’ve changed my diet for the better in this regard, I’m curious to know what the current numbers are.

As for depression and anxiety, I do not know anymore what is the cause and what is the consequence , some people burst with energy all the time, some have a tendency to be depressed.

I’ve tried cialis however it did little if anything , I think it’s more in the head/hormones/penis tissue rather than bloodflow.
I’ve considered yohimbe and yohimbine however there are significant side effects associated with them. It makes sense as a true aphrodisiac (unlike vasodilatators).

A lot of these pills which contain a whole bunch of different stuff mixed in them are tainted with viagra/cialis-like drugs.

To be clear , at the moment if I cum very rarely for a while, it’s that final fullness and hardness (at the base, which made me wonder about unhealthy tissue there) which evades me.

Couldn’t tell you to be honest, My Doc did 3 seperate blood tests over the last year, told me they were all normal then gave me prozac.
I was feeling pretty low at the time so I didn’t ask for details.

You should, what docs consider normal may not be.

Also anti depressant drugs may very well lower your libido/EQ a lot.

I had problems with my grip yesterday, so the two stretching session were not good enough. On the other hand I did a heavy girth work out and boy do I like these. Double handed jelqs and HS at their best.

Before the work out I had warmed up with 2 hands warmer for 3-4 hours, more attempts are needed but it did seem to work quite well!

To grip I need to wrap retract the excess of skin way back with a piece of toilet paper, but there needs to be a gap between the ridge of the glans and the end of the wrap. That’s where the hand grips.

I’ve noticed from PE lig lengthening a “looseness” at the base - more multi-directional functionality. Is that what you’re talking about? I’ve also noticed I may be at 6, 7, or 8 out of 10 in EQ, but then when I kegel it goes up to 10/10, hard as a rock.

Don’t get too caught up mentally on comparing your porn-based EQ and libido to times of no porn, or PE exercises done in the absence of full arousal. It seems like that could be a vicious spiral for you that is keeping you in your head, and perhaps preventing you from full arousal, and thus lowering EQ, making you think more about EQ, and preventing full arousal, and so on.

Not really (I see what you mean), it has more to do with the tissues themselves, when the midshaft / upper part is full and hard the base is very often bendable and feels different when I squeeze it. This is what encouraged me to use (many hours of) heat and pumping , but to be honest I dislike pumping .

I need to keep testing white button mushrooms though.
A few times I ate a lot of them daily for a week or so, and I experienced wet dreams twice, during different spells. I hardly ever had wet dreams before and have had none for the last decade or so.

Excellent girth session yesterday , I had nice fat erections during the night .
I had warmed up for a few hours and also with a washcloth for 10-15 mn right before the session.
Double handed jelqs, true horse squeezes (I did not always jelq the glans backwards), and a few sadsak head exercises at the end of the session.

Today for my first stretching session I couldn’t grip this is really frustrating :) .
A few things I have to try:
- baby powder on glans and/or on retracted foreskin + toilet paper.
-baby powder on its own.
-golf gloves.
- a vacuum hanger.

It’s my second day on white button mushrooms and again I had a wet dream.

Yep grip is important! Retracting the foreskin is I think a must, always do that before I start for a good few minutes before to make sure it’s all completely dried out. Then just have an iron grip! Not tried the baby powder yet, let us know if it works. Not sure about the golf glove! Don’t play golf so Mrs would want to know what that was for I am sure! I do have cycling gloves though.

The use of both baby powder and toilet paper improves the grip .

However I need something which works better, I probably need constant heat during the session (or hours of heat before the session), and maybe I should lube the cream pot I do fulcrum stretches on. This morning was an other useless session. Most of them have been useless anyway, so either I fix the problems quick or I’ll completely remove the stretches from my routine.

Constant heat dramatically improve the efficacy of your stretches.

It definitely improves the stretched length.

I did an other heavy girth work out yesterday, 35-40 mn of double handed jelqs, hs and a few sadsak’s head exercises. It may have been a bit too much as night erection weren’t so good, or the warm up was not up to the previous standards. The hands warmers were not properly place on the shaft for a couple of hours.
I have two days of rest now, so positive signs may show a bit later in the week end.
Stretches were useless throughout the week.

I had a good full erection yesterday, champagne for everyone.

Today’s stretching session was ok, I started with stretching straight out for 10 mn.
I may start using hands warmers during stretching sessions, but that may become quite expensive in the end.

Yesterday’s girth session was nice .
Today I’ll do two sessions of stretches.

Erection was difficult to maintain in the morning. Two days ago it had been excellent, for the record I had eaten sorghum (in the past I had used it a lot for a few weeks and I cannot say it ever made a difference, even though it is touted as a dht boosting grain) , and watched a slight amount of porn earlier in the day.

I had no time for stretches yesterday, today I had not much time either, I still did two dry jelqs sessions which felt nice. I’ll do a heavy girth work out in the evening.

So I did a nice girth work out yesterday, woke up this morning and had to do a few dry jelqs . I have to say when I can get that bulge of blood pushing against my hand as my grip slowly moves forward, dry jelqs feel excellent!

I then did a stretching session which went ok, I’m really not a fan of stretches, especially with the problems of gripping the wiener. I stretched most SO, a bit OTL and a few times over my wrist downward fulcrum).
