Well that’s an other possibility, although I admit not being able to get it up on my own doesn’t inflate me with overwhelming confidence.

At the moment I have no set routine, probably down to idleness .

I do dry jelqs and squeezes (Uli’s first then turned into a horse squeeze).
Things go well when I can get erect. When I can’t it’s a chore.

I have received my velseal cylinder. It was extremely expensive to get it in Europe, but it may prove to be worth it.
I was not able to pump with my thickwall cylinder, I had nerve pain very quickly. I do not know if it was from the cylinder digging in the pubic bone or/and the dorsal part being compressed.
So far the velseal cylinder with angled entry is extremely comfortable.
However I’ll need to see in the long run if this continues to work well for me.
For those leaving in the States and looking for the most comfortable cylinder I can only recommend the velseal cylinder from pumptoys.

By cycling the pressure I can get very close to 21 cm in the tube, even though I’m going for girth!!
I measured myself many times at 18 cm NBP, I lost a bit of fat but BPEL may very well have increased too.

I’d really like to build girth in the first half of the shaft and hopefully pumping helps.

I have done every steps of xeno’s modifications on the hanger, it has not been successful, but after discussing with beardedragon earlier I still have a couple of tweaks to make. Since the hanger is used very close to the base I’m not sure how much it can increase base to midshaft girth, and I would like to not be too long, especially without the girth.
I’ll still try to make it work, since I’m uncut it should be interesting to see if it grips the shaft firmly enough.

Edit: Yes I have concluded overtraining was not the reason behind my lack of EQ.

Well it seems to be more connected with a problem of arousal/dopamine at the moment.

Not too long ago I did a heavy routine and woke up the next day with the best morning wood I had in about a year, I have also stopped any PE for up to 3 months without more success.

I think not cumming often enough actually teaches the body to cum less and be less interested, which is why I’m not convinced nofap is the way to go.

Based on the great erections I had a month ago, I would venture to say there are no problems with bloodflow .

So today I reached 21 cm in the tube quite easily.
About 4.5 cm of that was glans expansion, of course glans don’t expand as much outside the tube.

Hopefully I can continue with this routine :

3 7-10 mn pumping sets with 3 30 secs - 1 mn squeezes and a bit of jelqing in between each set. If possible I start with jelqs and squeezes and then proceed to my first pumping set.

In the past I often wondered if temporary edema to help me pack the tube could prove to be beneficial precisely since when I pack the tube, skin is pushed back towards the shaft, so in turn it could encourage the tunica to catch up .
I know the idea isn’t new but I don’t know how effective it is.

I did good girth sessions four days in a row.

Today I had a decent EQ for some reason , there was not a hint of a mm of temporary expansion yet, perhaps a bit of the opposite.

If I continue to struggle with getting erect I may just do 10 mn pumping sets x 3 and add bundled stretches to see if I can get some girth, I admit doing bundled stretches should be much better if heated.

I tend to think if you can get to 80%, that’s sufficient for pumping.

Ok I have to enter the tube semi erect anyway since the silicon gasket makes it a bit too narrow if erect. I know I’m probably pulling a bit more fluid this way but it’s better than nothing.

I have found if I stay at 5hg or less I don’t have too many issues with fluid build up no matter what my erection level is. If I want to pump at a higher HG to kind of shock thing a bit I will wrap the glands and down over the circ scar and then I can up to 10hg (or presumably more).

I rarely go more than 30 minutes in one go as well, anymore than that and I get problems with edema and bruising.

I sometimes get a minor donut , but no spots or blisters with the way I do it.

What I’m not convinced about is what people identify as fluid build up. I’m pretty sure even with just a bit thicker skin and no donut, underneath there is fluid build up. I can feel it when jelqing and squeezing, this makes me quite dubious about girth gains from pumping, but hopefully it helps even out the girth at the base.
If I could pack more of the cylinder it could be more beneficial though.
