Well it turns out it wasn’t really a rest day.

I did my favourite 20 mn of jelqing.

12 days off porn. EQ is still far from being good enough, despite the fact I don’t release often and I’m not stressed. Let’s hope working on reverse kegels and edging helps.

I finished with my favourite jelqs at high intensity, they felt awesome, same as when I did wantsmore’s fulcrum before a jelq set. I think clamping sets, bends and squeezes work on the tunica really well and therefore jelqing is even more efficient (at least it feels so).

I’ll be curious to see how my penis reacts to such a work out.

Jelqs are simply great to bends and clamp.

You want that squishy feeling without edema. When I clamp and bend until my dick is just flapping I start heated jelqs and it really flushes the prior worked areas.

The key with jelqs for me is to always do a kegel after starting at the base to always have more expansion then the state Im right now “naturaly” in.

Yes this is exactly what I feel when I do jelqs after working the tunica. The way I do my jelqs is outlined in my “idea on jelqing” thread, the high erection level as well the use of both hands allow me to have awesome intensity. It really is a moving squeeze. Of course I also use ltos of kegels during any kind of girth work out.

Morning:

_ 20 mn of intense jelqing, I was feeling a bit sore from all the past work, which is great since I hardly ever get this feeling anymore. Now I hesitate between pushing this soreness for longer (but not increase it too much), then taking a few days off, or resting very soon for a couple of days. I’ll see.

Evening:

_ 20 mn of intense jelqing, I felt something weird at the end of the session (vein/nerve/something else?), but it was a good session nonetheless.

I’ve been inspired by braindrain thread, there may be something in splitting routines in many sessions a day, my last clamping work out was great and was also made in numerous sets (morning, afternoon, evening).

I’ve taken yesterday and today off, I had some weird stuff going on after I played with a silicone sleeve as a cockring.
I just realised I had done 10 days in a row, so those couple of days off are more than welcome.

I still edged quite a lot.

A massive work out today, after two proper days of rest I took that motherfucker by surprise bang bang.

Morning:

Messed for 30 mn with downward fulcrum stretches, I can’t say I felt much happening.

Afternoon:

A long session of dry jelqs, I like them but need to stop to get the erection level back up too often. They’re also more tiring for the hands.
I added a few squeezes.

Later I did many bends, still targeting the same spot.
I often did squeezes as a way to end each bend (when too pliable for the bend to be effective). I added a few efficient squeezes to finish this session.

Evening:

20 mn of my favourite jelqs, with a nice squeeze everytime I needed to recover a decent erection level.

It felt great overall but maybe I went too far with those last jelqs, they’re really super intense. I’ll see tomorrow.

Today I was feeling a bit sore at the base when I did Uli’s. I still got a decent session in, not crazy intensity but it lasted for a while.
So basically I did one Uli’s followed by a few dry jelqs and repeated the process numerous times.
Earlier in the day I had messed a bit with clamped edging but was not convinced at all.
Squeezes may feel a bit different, as if the tunica was more flexible. I’ll just keep going and see.

Yesterday was off, I still edged. Today I also released, I’ve relapsed on porn or sexy videos for the past few days, I had been off it for two weeks.
My EQ was awful today (yesterday too), I still decided to do stretches.
I have done more than 40 mn of basic stretches and downward fulcrum stretches.
Flaccid and semi erect feel better and fuller, but I struggled to get hard and when I succeeded it was before reaching full size, which always pisses me off when it happens.

I did plenty of stretches in the afternoon, later in the evening I tried to do some girth work (had tried earlier to no avail = EQ was shit), I did a long bend and then admitted it was no use to continue.
What is annoying is I don’t think I couldn’t get erect because of any kind of over training (no girth work in 3 days). The few days of porn and bad masturbation habits relapse are part of the reasons why, which means I don’t skip PE for positive soreness reasons, but rather to lose a bit of progress.
I hope tomorrow is an other day.

A pretty good session today.

I did 3 sets of clamped edging, with awesome lengthy bends . I think the bends are doing something.
The past two days or even before that, I noticed a fuller flaccid and semi erect pen, it had happened in the past when I was doing lots of squeezes.

The thing is I always check my girth by how my fingers wrap around the shaft. I thought I had no expansion from clamping since the way forefinger and thumb wrapped looked about the same as usual, but I was surprised to measure at 0.7 - a whole cm above my last girth measurement (clamped). To be honest that’s my goal but it doesn’t look any more impressive than what I have.
One of the possible way to explain this, is when i clamp the cs gets harder and sticks out, I don’t think it could play an important part in girth measurement (and I hope it does not) since it’s still small, but who knows.
The only thing I have in mind now is to continue my routine which felt great, and hopefully get some girth gains I don’t notice because of the way I “measure”.

Oh and I need to stop moving the clamp towards the pubic bone when I’m not completely untightened, there’s a wrong and unpleasant feeling once in a while when I do this. Sometimes it could just be the wrap which sticks to the skin though.

I did one session of clamped edging with a few bends (love those erect bends!) . A bit later I performed efficient squeezes and a meagre number of jelqs.
I felt good soreness during the squeezes.

Rest day from girth work, I did 25 mn of stretches. I would enjoy 0.5 ” more of length.

I’ve never done any kind of stretches so expect it shouldn’t be hard. Yet as I was stretching I tried to get a BPFSL and I was below BPEL, so I don’t see how I would make any length gains with that.

Also I don’t feel much happening when I stretch, the rare few times I did it before I wasn’t gripping right beneath the glans (retracted foreskin), and I felt more of a stretch. Of course I was also stretching some skin. I’ll need to keep going a bit more before I reassess the situation, there’s still a hanger eagerly awaiting the silk touch of my skin.
