A massive work out today, after two proper days of rest I took that motherfucker by surprise bang bang.
Morning:
Messed for 30 mn with downward fulcrum stretches, I can’t say I felt much happening.
Afternoon:
A long session of dry jelqs, I like them but need to stop to get the erection level back up too often. They’re also more tiring for the hands.
I added a few squeezes.
Later I did many bends, still targeting the same spot.
I often did squeezes as a way to end each bend (when too pliable for the bend to be effective). I added a few efficient squeezes to finish this session.
Evening:
20 mn of my favourite jelqs, with a nice squeeze everytime I needed to recover a decent erection level.
It felt great overall but maybe I went too far with those last jelqs, they’re really super intense. I’ll see tomorrow.
