I’ve been subscribed to a few thread and been following but just didn’t get down to a steadfast routine. Going through some photos today I came across the very first pictures I took two years ago. And sad to say my penis size hasn’t changed much. Can’t believe it’s been two years. Just thinking what I could have accomplished in two years. Well now I’m in a bit of a dilemma. I want to start again but I have extremely bad EQ. I can still easily get an erection and maintain one but my sex drive is so low I don’t want to get erect. I can’t remember when I last had a morning erection not to mention a spontaneous erection. Anyone have any ideas how I can get this solved.?

When was the last time you had a full physical and had your testosterone levels checked?

It’s been years. Didn’t think I had to have my testosterone Checked as I have no problem getting aroused and staying erect. Maybe I should pay doc a visit.

Ok. So I thought I’ve got nothing to lose. Decided that I start with the newbie routine again. Did some measurement quite conservative since when I measured the last time I had huge fluctuations. I was pleasantly surprised. Well it might also be that I had lost 20kgs since 2017. The first session went well. Don’t know if I had a good workout but from all previous readings I thought I would start rather easy. Also decided not to measure again until 2 weeks again. Let’s see if I can stick to it.

I took yesterday off. I was eager to carry on with my training. I warmed up. Then a started jelging and kegaling. To my surprise I felt an orgasm coming on. I stopped know the having an orgasm exhausts the worked. Even stopping I had an orgasm. Very disappointed. Can’t believe it happened. Well I stopped training. Hope to have better luck tomorrow.

Made another attempt with much success. Started with 5min warmup with IR. Started with simple stretching one minute each. Then massaged my penis to get the blood flowing again. Started jelging slow strokes. Left out the kegaling. Think the combination cause the orgasm the last time. Became erect during the jelging which made it a bit difficult. After 100 jelgs another massage to get the blood restored. Attempted another stretch session but the erection remained so left it. Found that I had quite alot of fluid buildup of my foreskin. Got quite thick that skin skin. Well overall good session. Don’t know however because I still have to feel that I had a workout. Penis feels alot fuller. Will see how long it lasts.

The fulness did last long. Got the idea my penis was a bit shy this morning. Today’s workout I started with some heat. Then some basic stretching. Appears that penis was more eager. Didn’t get a full erection but had a semi. After stretching I attempted some jelging but my penis was very sensitive and jelging was quite uncomfortable. Decided to leave the jelging for a day. Did a bit more stretching and ended off with some heat again. Penis still seems to have a fluid built up.

Hi Belloza reading your log I thought a lot about my self and my problems with ED and low EQ.

This is what I learned through the years fighting this problem. Research generic Viagra and ciallas. They help me especially when I need a jump start on my eq. No morning erection are a bad sign. I take a little bit of the generic too keep things working.
I highly recommend a routine including the AM and I mix in light jelqing. For me I do this when I shower and I include the bathmate in my shower routine.No way I’m saying go out and buy these things it’s just what I do.
The main thing you want to do is get your penis used to getting erect again. I try and chub up to a erection a few times a day. Limiting porn usage to just edging no ejaculations. And make a goal to get erect with only your mind for arousal.
When I don’t do these things I experienced the same problem you said. And it’s not a good feeling when you know things are not working right. But for me when I start doing the things I mentioned my eq steadily improve. At the moment my eq is very good.

Thank you for giving me such great feedback. You picked up quite a bit from the few logs I have. Very intuitive. I don’t have a problem getting erect so I don’t think I need the Viagra. I do however have a very low PI. I have however noticed since I started with the PE I seem to have much harder erections but still have no morning erection. I think having quite a number of stresses in my life at the moment. Might be having a big negative on my PE. Don’t know how much growing I’ll get done but here for a serious go a it.
