Did you measure the ventral skin temperature? Does it start to be unbearable hot?
You could continue but cooking the skin at 45C over 30 minutes is a bad idea altogether.
Also, there is a great chance it would be worthless anyway as the bodily thermoregulatory effect makes the task very hard.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. Over they years I did different exercises, nothing special. I noticed that during the time I did a lot of fulcrum stretches, the girth increased quite a lot as far as I remember. It has been a long time ago so I could be wrong, though.

I measured the dorsal side. The routine is done OTL. It was very hot, yes, but not too hot. Why would it be a bad idea if I can it doesn’t feel too hot?

Update on gains

After the blister had healed I did another 3 days US routine. That brought me to another + 1 mm in pre-BPFSL and post-BPFSL. In this whole cycle I have gained 8 mm in pre-BPFSL as well as in post-BPFSL. Now on to a 2 days break. May the gains continue..

Btw.: I need a new ruler. The one I have can be too easily bent which distorts the measurements. I might be 2 mm or so shorter with a more rigid ruler but since I have measured pretty much the same way from the beginning, the gains I have recorded should be the same.

One observation: It seems to me that in one 3-days-cycle I gain about 1 mm which equals 0.333 mm per workout. I wouldn’t mind if it continued like that and that diminished returns will come much later.

Update on IR and gains

Today has been the 22nd day in this cycle. I have been in this cycle for 5 1/2 weeks.

Yesterday and today I used IR together with US. During the first 20 min with only IR I reached a temperature of 40°C. After that I added US and I reached temperatures between 43°C and even 44°C. Without IR I struggled to keep the temperature above 40°C. As a result my penis was quite sore. Yesterday I couldn’t even go to 3.5 kg. Also, it takes a very long time to cool down .. Too long .. It stayed above 40°C for too long so that the cool down effect wasn’t in play. I had to take my dick off my leg for the temperature to drop within seconds. So the OTL setup is very good for stabilizing and reaching higher temperature, because the leg acts as a storage or buffer for heat.

Until recently I was able to gain 3 mm every time I did the workout (pre-BPFSL—>post-BPFSL). This is not the case anymore. For 6 workouts I gained 2 mm and today maybe not even that. Also, I seem to have not gained another mm for 6 workouts. Before I have gained on average 1 mm after one 3 days period. I am not sure if that marks the beginning of the end of this cycle or it is because I overdid something due to the IR and the much higher temperatures which results in soreness. The soreness could lead to problems here. However, I have only added IR yesterday and today and the days before the results were less than average as well. In the next workout I might go back to US only without IR to see how it plays out.

About the soreness, I wonder If it has to do with other tissues now being stretched that haven’t been stretched before. It could indicate that the septum is not the only bottleneck anymore.

Today I added the IR 10 min in the first phase (stress relaxation) and kept it on until I reached 3 kg (US phase). Then I took it off to allow the penis to cool down faster during the cool down phase. It worked pretty well. I could easily maintain a temperature of around 42°C that was not possible without IR and only US and I actually got the tissue to cool down in the cool down phase. After 10 min in the cool down phase, the temperature was still at around 39°C which would not give me a proper cool down so I took the penis off my leg again which resulted in a sudden drop of temperature. I held the whole setup with my hand for another 3 min.

I am pretty sure I can record another 1 mm gain so this goes to show that this period is not over, yet. The curve might be flattening, though. I will have 2 days off PE. Then I will resume and do the exact same thing as I did today.
