Your Personal Experience On Gains In 6 Months
Hey Guys,
I’m sure this question has been asked somewhere, and I also know that it varies due to body shape and chemistry and all that stuff. My question is, for the majority of those who have gained, what can a guy who is consistent and doing the Newbie routine manual exercises expect to gain (on average) over the course of 6 months?
Like I said, I’m Just wanting to hear about your personal experience.
