Size Genetics Extender

I bought the Size Genetics extender almost 4 months ago. Big mistake.

Their website is very slick, and they make lots of claims about how their extender is “proven” and imply that nothing else is. That is false. The product itself is a basic jes extender with a small assortment of pads/wraps, and a couple of CDs on PE and manual exercises. It costs $400, give or take.

You can buy a very similar extender on ebay for about $30 from a variety of vendors. The assortment of pads/wraps has little (if any) value. This forum offers far better advice than you will find on their CDs.

They offer a money back 6 month guarantee, in which they offer to return your money if the product does not produce any results for you. In my case, they refused to honor their guarantee. From the comments by others on this forum, I don’t think I’m the only one.

A lot of people like extenders, and find them helpful. If you want to give an extender a try, get a cheap one from Ebay first and see how it goes. You won’t be out $400 and you’ll see if it works for you. Experiment with different pads and wraps on your own, and read the extender threads on this forum. After a few months, if you decide that extenders are for you and the cheap one has serious limitations, you’ll be a more informed consumer and can make an intelligent choice about which one to buy.

I’m assuming you’ve been wearing it for 6-8 hours a day? I have an x4 labs extender (150$) and I’ve gained over .5 an inch over the course of 4 months.

I was using the comfort pads with the strap but all my pads ripped after 2-3 weeks. I’m now using a triangle bandage from a first aid kit. Works good.

When I say they ripped over 2-3 weeks I mean one would last that long and I think I had 4.

Glad you like your X4 labs extender. My comments are limited to the SizeGenetics extender. I wore the SizeGenetics for 6-12 hours a day for about a month, and gained nothing except pain. It kept slipping off, and no combination of strap, loop, pads, or wraps could make it comfortable. To be blunt, it was a pain in the dick. Later, I got monkeybar’s (autoextender.com) vac extender add-on, and found that was an improvement. But I got much better results from taking monkeybar’s product and using it as a light hanger instead.

Well all quality are generally the same. That’s why I said that, not to put down.

The first 60 days with extender is the ‘pipe primming’ stage. Did you only wear the extender for a month at 6-12 hours?

I never liked my SizeGenetics extender. Too much hassle. It would be ideal if you worked a desk job and even then, you could pick up a cheaper extender.

The only extender I have ever used. And, like the post above said so poignantly, it was a pain in the dick. My head is small, and that son just kept sliding off, not to mention it is a pain somewhere else to put the thing on. From what I can see, a hanger is much more comfortable.

Same here, and wished I purchased a cheap one off eBay.

I now pump (air/water), and managed to see some gains. I may try hanging weights (with the vacuum attachment).

I have the size genetics and am very pleased with it. 1/2” gain in 3-4 months. Took a minute to dial in how to wear it comfortably. I use the noise, works best for me. I put it on different than videos show, works good. I pump a couple times a week too, and manual stretch.

Its a very good tool and very sturdy. gained some length with it. Very overpriced though..

It is like all the other spring loaded extenders, it is as good as the time you put into it. Which is often a matter of comfort.

I use a Fastsize which is exactly the same, got some soft silicone nooses and have done well with it. Comfort is key to putting in the hours at tension, hours at tension is key to gaining size.

Does the 2 noose system seem to be better than single noose?
I have been thinking of buying extender but have a small gland. I read alot of guys have issues with it slipping alot.

I’m nearing my fifth month using the size genetics extender and the jury is still out. I measured last week and I’m not even sure if I could make a case for gaining .5cm, and I’ve been doing manual stretching too. We’ll see. My issue with SG was an arm broke on my sixth week into wearing it 8-10 hours per day and had to wait three weeks for a replacement. When it did arrive I found the tension was far less than the original, it weighed heavier too. I told them about it and they insisted their arms were all the same tension. That was patently not the case. The customer service guy insisted I send the device to them to check it (at my own cost) before they would send me a proper original arm with the higher tension and I refused. They basically said they couldn’t do anything then, so I threatened to bitch about the issue on these forums. They sent the correct original arm out immediately. And here I am still bitching about it. I still wore the device through this period, just couldn’t use the tension, but managed to add another bar to compensate at that point. I’d say it slowed down any progress. It is a pain to use and for all the hassle the returns so far haven’t been worth it. I hope that changes over the next 3 months, before I switch to hanging. To be honest, if I had to do it all again, I’d do more intense manual stretches and ease into hanging instead. Definitely overpriced too.

Seeing as a lot of people are saying the sizegenics is very uncomfortable, I have the sizegenics and have started dabbling with it again, I use a velcro strap around the same width as the extender slot, the velcro has a plastic buckle that latches to the back of the extender when its threaded through, as the velcro enters the extender I use medical tape to “build my own comfort strap, the idea is that when you tighten the Velcro on your dick the medical tape comfort strap is just the right size hold your dick and to have it go to the other slot as you tighten ensuring a perfect fit. Can keep attached for quite high tensions. Pain and discomfort on some level is to be expected as it is basically forcing your dick out just keep an eye out for numbness or colour change, I recommend no more than half an hour before talking off readjusting and putting back on.
