Chronic injury, inflammation main symptom
Hi,
This is my first post, otherwise this would be placed in the injury/recovery section of the forum.
Short summary of what happened:
I gained an inch in length and maybe 1/4 inch of girth in 2011. I stopped doing PE after that. I tried to return in 2014 with the help of a professional trainer, after a year long of failure and over training I injured myself. I jelqed at erection levels of around 50% never erect. I have stopped all PE for 6-1/2 months, and seen two urologists since. One said there is nothing serious and another said I had a very minor case of Peyronies disease due to injury. He said it was a 1/10 or 2/10 at most on severity of injury. He recommended a few months ago that I gradually start masturbating to make my penis stronger and if it hurts wait 24 or 48 hours before I use it again. I’m skeptical because it seems like people don’t get great diagnoses when it comes to penis injuries.
I personally can’t distinguish where the Peyronies plaque is. The main symptom I experience is inflammation on one of the sides in the base of my penis. It does not become aggravated when stretched, however sometimes it does when squeezed. Also Light masturbation does not irritate it usually. My EQ is decent I suppose, nothing stellar lately.
I’m trying to figure out when I can return to a beginner routine, or EQ only stamina routine but the inflammation has me concerned. I found “behemoths” extremely detailed post on inflammation reducing supplements which may help.
Any suggestions on when to return? Or how would you guys treat the situation yourself?
