Tweaking I agree with a lot of what you’ve said, but I can say that in my own case there is a gradual downward curve that has been acquired through this, and a small divot in the left CC. I believe that the curve, and much of the ED is the result of the symptoms you describe, however in my case, I can also see, when I look at my erection, the glans being pulled to the left, as though it had a hinge at the point where I feel pain and tightness (just below the glans). I’ve had periods of no pain, and of pelvic muscle calm, and they’ve never resulted in restored erection. I believe all the things you said about the perennial muscles causing contraction, and interference with blood flow are right on, and very astute, in your case they may also be the only factor, they certainly do contribute to mine. Aside from the other reasons that I think the point of tightness and pain in my penis (just below the glans) is very significant there is another. When I’m becoming erect if I place a slight straightening force, at that point, my entire penis inflates better, very quickly, it becomes quite a bit more rigid, and inflated. Unfortunately this goes away in an instant , if I let go, and it doesn’t last too long if I hold it, because this feeling isn’t very erotic for me, and I have with my problems (probably due to venous leak) a scenario where my erections fade a lot, second to second without arousal.
I have spent years on the idea of chronic pelvic tension causing my pain and sexual dysfunction. If you have a great interest in the idea you should check out a book called ” A Headache in the Pelvis” by Dr. David Wise. In the meantime I’m going to try to sign up at hard flaccid, always interested in more insight.
