Damn, mates. You should have more patients. Start taking it .. it’s different for everybody. Masturbation once in a while(like once in 2-3 weeks) is not crucial but will delay the progress.

By better I mean having firm flaccid penis 25% of the time, it used to be 100%. And when I squeeze my penis now I feel it is spongy and different than it was on the old injured state. I have solid morning erections but they give away in 1-2 minutes if I stand up(still). Since taking arginine the important thing that improved is my libido .. and I feel my penis itching me from the inside to have sex .. and you know that when you feel that the penile circulation is improved(and when it is improved you can expect to heal faster. My record being off of masturbation is 2 months .. then I masturbated once and I went off without masturbation a month .. and so so. You should take much vitamin C .. I noticed improvements in the mood, energy and duration of the effect of L-arginine when I started taking it.

I’ve been trying the L-Arginine as Chrono suggested and I noticed an improvement in the hard flaccid penis almost immediately. On the side I’ve been having the problem it felt spongey where as before it was hard and tightened up, it was such a relief. It felt so much better constantly for about 2-3 weeks and I was so hopeful that things were finally getting bettter, but now it seems to have gone back to how it was before, and it’s been like this for a few days now. I’m hoping as Chrono says that this is part of the 25% that it may stay firm when flaccid, but I’m sure it seems worse than before and I’m not so certain things are improving anymore. Hopefully if we all stick together and keep trying different things we may come up with the solution. I’m thinking it may have something to do with the muscles tightening up and not relaxing? I’ll stay in touch anyway and let people know how things go on.

Try taking vitaminC 2x500 to see if it will get the things rollin’ again. Let us know if it helped .. ^ ^

I really just came in here to ask for some reassuring news. I’ve definitely done something to my penis that has resulted in the conditions mentioned in this thread. My penis has gone very firm when flaccid and has taken on an overall darker shade. There hasn’t been any major shriveling (yet) as I think I injured it yesterday. To be honest, I’m scared shitless. I have been wet jelqing for close to 2 months and my penis health was fantastic up until yesterday - I’m worried I’ve done irreparable damage. I’ve obviously decided to refrain form PE and masturbating for awhile to see if things get better.

Any advice/suggestions/reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks marinera - though I’m still pretty freaked out, especially after reading about how long this problem persisted for for some of the members. I would love to hear some of these people’s stories on how things turned out. I know my injury is fairly recent, but it seems to be getting worse. I’m developing some mild pain that sporadically throbs at the tip of my glans and here’s noticeable discoloration along the right underside of my shaft and a darkening under my shaft just below the head. I can’t get an erection without manual stimulation.

To fix your anxiety, you could go seeing an urologist. That’s never a bad idea.

I thought I did some more serious injury during wet jelqing when I immediately got “firm flaccid penis” and there was some overall soreness, but it looks like my tool is recovering nicely. I was wondering however what would be a reasonable amount of rest time would be. I don’t want to fall out of shape, or lose the minimal gains I have been working towards, of course I don’t want to further aggravate my penis either. I have been applying hot wraps 2-3 times per day to assist in blood flow and recovery.

Any suggestions?

If I was in your position where my penis is actually healing, I wouldn’t start exercising until at least one week after my penis has healed and even then I would use the first two weeks as a sort of break in period.

My l-arginine finally arrived today after waiting a month, so I will be starting my treatment plan tomorrow :) .
