Nice to see everyones disappeared :)

Could it be penis torsion?

Penis torsion

I think could the hard flaccid penis also be caused by penile torsion?

My penis is getting thiner and harders flaccid what is going on?

Is going on that cross posting is a Forum Guidelines violation. I merged your thread.

I doubt it’s varicose veins, and even if it is - they don’t affect circulation .. Varicose veins - NHS

They do affect circulation

I tried taking Sam E L dopa and st johns wort to help with my ED but instead I have found that it makes my penis is very stiff all the time. Like the penis tissue will not dilate as much as it used to making my penis far less girthy. I am very worried could the Sam E or L Dopa have affected my production of cGMP or PDE. Also whenever I took st Johns wort I had an erection but it was very hard as if the penis girth was not dilating enough because it was skinnier. My other question is the urethra supposed to be hard, my urethra is always hard its like a nail in my penis. What would cause the soft spongy caverns of the penis to become hard if there were no increase blood, in fact what would cause the penile tissue to constrict and become hard only in circumference but not in length?

I’ve seen a urologist but he told me that my penis is definitely hard but that is perfectly normal. I asked well on the spectrum of hard to soft its on the hard side and he’s felt softer penis’s right? He responded yes and I asked him what if my penis were very soft and far fatter what would cause the penile caverns specifically the sides of my penis to become hard he was speechless. So the I asked well what is the exact mechanism in the penis tissue that causes shrinkage I feel like I have permanent shrinkage. His response was well the tissue relaxes and I asked “Why?!!!”,how. He didn’t know. I am losing my mind someone help. The penis is getting harder every day

reynolds - Sam E/ L doppa/St Johns wort

You’ve been warned. Now you are on 3 days hold.

Varicose veins cannot pump blood back to the heart because of a faulty valves. How can you say that they do not affect the blood circulation .. They affect it - it’s just that they are mainly in the legs and when 1 pipe does not work other pipes takes the pressure .. so some blood stays in the veins and the other goes through the healthy ones. That’s why your “experts” says that they do not affect the whole picture. But when in penis there might not be other veins or the other veins may be insufficient or 1000 other things. So the conclusion is - when talking about penile varicose veins you can never know wtf is gonna be the outcome.

Some say that they affect potential erections .. some say that they don’t. And these are all “experts”.

I don’t know how much this is reliable:
A varicocele is an enlarged (varicose) vein in the cord that connects to the testicle. Varicoceles are found in 15 - 20% of all men and in 25 - 40% of infertile men. When varicoceles occur in both testicles, they may contribute to hormone imbalances that cause erectile dysfunction.

You could do some search also. :)
