I started my routine last Monday, I planned not to masturbate for 8weeks but ended up masturbating on Friday and my penis was the same, I wished after that I hadn’t masturbated it was so bad, on Saturday I noticed my penis was hanging lower most of the day, at times it was like my penis was normal, Saturday I got my self erect to see if there was any changes after noticing the changes in the day and to my surprise, there was, my erection angle was the best I have had in a long time (facing almost up instead of straight out, see attached picture for a example), I don’t want to sound too graphic but my orgasm was also the best I have had in ages.

I left myself alone on Sunday and then Monday (yesterday) I wanted to see if Saturday night was a one off and if my orgasm was better due to having a break, yesterday produced the same results as Saturday :D , I even had time to measure my penis (to see if I’ve lost size as I haven’t done any form of penis exercise this year) and everything was good in that department :) .

So from now on I’m going to try harder not to masturbate, I’m going to print out a chart with the day and date listed in a box and tick each box daily (to say I haven’t masturbated), this helped me when I was quitting smoking.

So all in all, not bad for 8days :) , I’ll probably do another update next Monday.

I have had this problem for about a year. I don’t know what caused it and I’m not sure what helps.

For me it went back to normal after I started taking ginkgo biloba.
It took a few weeks but now I can say everything is functioning normal again.
I can get erections when I want, just like before.

The year that I did have the problem was a hell.
For everyone that just got this curse, don’t masturbate, don’t have sex and take some ginko. It will take some time, but it will get better eventually.

The only problem that remains for me is a slight curvature. The curvature started together with the firm flaccidness. But everything is normal except the curvature. It isn’t a big problem tho, in full erect it disappears.

Does anyone have similar experiences?

Hmm i taken ginkgo before, but maybe i need to do it for longer, i feel no masturbating DOES help !

No this was absolutely not the case for me.. If you only have the problem in those cases you don’t even have a problem.
In some cases it is normal for a penis to get small and firm. This is because of our ancient fathers thousands of years ago.
When the adrenaline level gets higher (hunting; so it wouldn’t get stuck in a branch) or in cold or wet environments the penis gets hard flaccid. This was to protect the penis.

Hmm thats very interesting, my ancestors lived in fields in india, doing lots of physical work all day and i’d imagine with very very minimal clothing as it was deadly hot. even my grandparents did until they moved to england.

I’ve had this problem for two and a half months now and I think I’ve found a solution. The key is actually to stimulate the tissue again through massaging. No Jelqing. No stretching. First off anyone who has this should start taking ginkgo biloba and/or l-arginine immediately. Also, no sex or masturbation as the tissue needs to heal. The most important factor is massaging the damaged tissue, much like a damaged muscle, it needs to be re-stimulated. I started massaging the tissue after two months of it being the same and saw an immediate difference within two days. What I recommend it taking your thumb and index finger and slightly squeeze the sides of the shaft inside your fat pad, start moving your finger and thumb up and down until the tissue softens. Move up a slightly and repeat until that section softens and continue doing so until you reach the head of the penis. Repeat this sequence for 2-5 minutes 3 times a day and do not do this while erect. Do two days of this and then lightly on the third day in the morning and then let it be for a day or so and then repeat as necessary. This worked wonders for me, as I PE-ed way to hard and much when I first started and this was the key to my recovery.
