Firm flaccid penis

Yeah it improved a lot after 4-5 weeks of Arginine(though it had improved and without it, but the arginine surely boosts the process). I tell you guys .. I even masturbated 4 times the week because I feel fine .. and guess what - no more firm flaccidity. However I will stop this habit(masturbation) again because I feel that it is not right anyway(I was just checking the penis out). This stuff is a life-saver.

Good to hear Chrono!

How big were the doses/ how often are you taking the arginine?

Im worried the body could grow a tolerance to arginine…..Is that possible? Would it then need to be cycled?

Id like to hear from some long-term users of L-arginine about this. Ideally those who have used it to curb ed.

j

Nope .. I’ve heard you cannot grow tolerance to it. And there are some researchers who used people to take arginine 3 x 1000 daily for 6 months to see any noticeable results. But I’m not actually sure .. if there is a cycle it is on 2-3 months or something.

No need to cycle it. It is just an amino acid. I would combine it with a low dose of cialis if I were you guys, I use cialis around 10 mg Every other day and it works great for keeping it un-firm, and plump. I also take WellbutrinXL which helps a lot.

I’ve just turned 18, and don’t want to rely on cialis. Thank you very much

Id rather get rid of the hard flaccid for GOOD.

Wow I’m really happy for you :D .

I hope it will fix my problem as well.

Thanks for recommending it and answering my questions :) .

Hmm arginine huh, if another member agrees that it worked for them I will def give it a shot

chrono_ have you stopped taking larginine, if so is your penis still fine?

I’m planning on buying some next week, I’ll update the thread with any changes.

Arginine works for the hard flaccid thing, trust me.

Give AAKG a try it couldn’t hurt but don’t stop the ginkgo arginine and ginkgo work great together. But you may want to cycle both after about two to three weeks of consistently taking it every day.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I definitely agree KP, cycling is a good thing.

I thought you said there was no need to cycle it ??

Why not? I suppose the body could get used to something after a while. I’m saying take a day off every now and then.

Fair enough. I plan to trial arginine in conjunction with an antioxidant such as grape seed extract.

I’ve made my order, I plan on taking this daily while stopping masturbation:

Ibuprofen 1200mg
L-Arginine 3000mg (powder form)
L-Citrulline 400mg
Vitamin C 500mg

The Ibuprofen I will be using as a blood thinner, its actually used in cases to treat penile mondor’s disease which is what I’m sure I have, I did use Ibuprofen for 4weeks and the lump decreased by half and my flaccid hang was improved, they say treatment is 6-8weeks, I was forced to stop as I was having a ultrasound scan and I didn’t want anything to mess up the results.

L-Citrulline and Vitamin C play a roll in the way L-Arginine is used by the body.

Quote
• L-arginine, an amino acid found in meats, grains and fish, passes through the intestine into the
blood. From the blood, it enters endothelial cells, where it is used to make nitric oxide. A Mayo
Clinic study found that people taking L-arginine showed significant improvement in endothelial
function and blood flow compared with those taking placebos. It is hard to get sufficient Larginine
from food, so supplements are recommended.
Dose: 2,000 to 3,000 milligrams (mg) taken twice daily – for a total of 4,000 to 6,000 mg.

• L-citrulline. Supplemental arginine doesn’t enter cells readily unless it is combined with Lcitrulline,
another amino acid. Melons and cucumbers are rich sources of L-citrulline, but they
don’t provide high enough levels to significantly increase nitric oxide levels.
Dose: 400 to 600 mg daily.

• Daily multivitamin that includes vitamin E. Vitamin E helps reduce the assault of cell-damaging
free radicals on the endothelial lining and may promote higher levels of nitric oxide. The amount
of vitamin E that is in most multi-vitamin/mineral supplements is about 50 international units
(IU), an effective dose.
Warning: Don’t take the high-dose vitamin E supplements. Recent studies suggest that people
who take daily doses of 400 IU or higher may be more susceptible to heart disease and other
illnesses.

• Vitamin C. Like vitamin E, vitamin C will reduce oxidation in the blood vessels and may cause an
increase in nitric oxide. People who consume high levels in vitamin C experience a reduction in
arterial plaque, which is associated with higher levels of nitric oxide. You can get your vitamin C
from food, but I recommend supplements because they are so convenient an easy to take.
Dose: 500 mg daily.

I won’t be taking the Vitamin E as its not recommend if you are taking Iburophen.

The qutoe is from the Doctor that made every one aware of the benefits of L-Arginine, here’s a link to the pdf document:
