Firm flaccid penis

I think the aspirin plays a major part as that or a similar drug is what is prescribed as treatment for Mondor’s disease, it helps thin blood.

Its good of you to try this out :) .

I’ll be sure to report back on what my Doctor says, shes a very good Doctor so I’m hoping she will be able to give me something rather than send me to a urologist or to the hospital.

Hi there, I have an quiet same problem, I was exercising with my penis yesterday, I squeeze it at the base at at the top, then I felt like pop in my pens, after that the erection has lose, and my penis become swollen, flaccid and hard :( I was in hospital the day, and they checked me, and take my pee liquid, and they said nothing wrong with me, I just need to rest for couple of days, don’t masturbate etc.. My penis don’t get erection, I think because Am in stress now, also I feel slight pain in my Right leg and pain in back, I don’t know whats going on, please help me.

Hi malcolm!

I’m sorry to hear your case. I don’t want to frighten you, but you better prepare for a long fight. Don’t masturbate and don’t do any penis exercises. Leave you penis alone to avoid doling moe damage to it!

Best wishes!

For how long does it gonna heal?? I was today in doctor again, and he told me to put ice on It, and if it’s not gonna get better till 1 week, I will have an surgery, that they will take out the blood from my penis, also I was speaking to my brother and he told me his friend have this before and after while it’s just heel.

Firm flaccid is nothing to worry about y’all are fucking crazy. I went to the doctor for this exact thing, and he said that when you stand up your flaccid will always retract a little and firm up. He also said that if you can massage the firmness out of your unit with a few strokes then your fine. Meaning there is no scar tissue there. If you can do that everything is normal.

He said if you can’t obtain or maintain an erection then there is a problem. If you can then your fine.

The flaccid penis reacts to all sorts of different circumstances i.e cold weather, hot weather, stress, anxiety etc.

What you need to worry about is the function of the erect penis and whether or not it responds to stimulation.

I definitely believe just a firm flaccid while standing is normal.

Due to where I live and having a wealthy family I was able to visit one the of top urologists in this country that heads the urology department at one of the best hospitals in the world. For discretion purposes I’ll leave the name of his practice out of this post. He is also a specialist with peyronie’s disease and the lead doctor responsible for the great drug all older men know as viagra. He invented the shit. He gave me a full examination to see if there was any scar tissue build up, and there wasn’t. if this guy says it’s normal, then I’ll believe him and you should too.

You guys need to stop worrying about the flaccid state of your penis and focus on what’s happening during the erection process. If there is a problem with the erection process see a doctor and stop asking everyones opinion on a dick growing website. There are very few medical professionals on this website if any.

Enough said and happy growing,

Donpatch

Also doctor told me to take ibuprofen, also I notice if I touch the penis it will get harder in flaccid state.

There’s nothing normal about this, if it is normal what about the other 99.99999% of people on this website, are there penises abnormal?

The information I posted before about this looking like it could be the dorsal vein clotted/blocked aka Mondors disease, the treatment is aspirin or ibuprofen for 4 - 6weeks and then surgery if it hasn’t cleared by then, looking more likely that this is to do with blood flow and veins, I’m surprised the Doctors only giving it a week to heal though.

Hello, is the Mondors disease serious? Also I can recognize my PC muscle, and I can move with them, but my erection, I’m having erection every morning like in 4-5 am, but not in the daytime, also my erection is about 70 % and my penis looks smaller, is it possible to my penis become smaller after I heal ?

I’m not saying you have Mondor’s disease, I put it forward as an idea since it fits my symptoms and others and its classed as rare, so it would probably go unnoticed in most people, I just found it interesting that you was prescribed ibuprofen and that’s what is used to treat Mondor’s disease.

If you did have Mondor’s disease, the treatment is aspirin or ibuprofen for 4 - 6weeks and if its still the same after then surgery is needed, I suppose it would become serious if surgery was needed (most of the time it isn’t needed).

My morning erections have stopped, I can get an erection in the day but it dies down quicker than before if I don’t carry on stroking my self.

I don’t think so, I’m pretty sure the only thing that can cause shrinking of the penis is scar tissue and even then I think its needed on both sides of the penis.

Thank you. Also I want to ask for how long do you have it? Does it getting better?

There are different types of ‘firm flaccid’. This site has been going for years, and it’s only relatively recently that this seems to be a ‘problem’.

Every single one of us who has overdone the PE has had the ‘firm flaccid’. It’s usually just the smooth muscle going into contraction in response to being over trained. It is absolutely nothing to worry about.

For some guys (quite a lot actually) it is a natural state - they have never had much ‘hang’ in their lives. Their penis is and always has been somewhat firm. In highly strung or nervous/anxious personality types it is common. That too is perfectly normal for them. Nothing to worry about.

Other things can cause it too. Stress makes it much worse. Most guys also get it after exercise when the blood is supplying other muscles in the body. Excess caffeine is a common cause.

A firm flaccid with normal erections is almost certainly a ‘normal’ penis. If you suspect anxiety is causing erection issues try putting postage stamps around your penis to see if you get night time erections. If you do, your bloodflow is quite likely OK, but if you have real erection concerns you should see a doctor.

Most of us have had veins or lymphatic vessels that feel like a ‘string of pearls’ too. It is usually caused when one of the ‘one way’ valves in the vessels are damaged and cause a restriction of flow. It can be caused by over-pressuring the penis with squeezes/ulis etc., and is quite common when first starting clamping, especially if the clamp is too tight or left on too long. I must have had them 20 times or more.

With daily heat and gentle (and I absolutely mean gentle, I cannot stress that enough) massage of the offending vessel, they usually clear up in about two to three weeks. You must not do any PE over this time, or for a week after they are gone, then start PE again very gently.

The more troublesome type of ‘firm flaccid’ which takes a while to heal, and that this thread should be about is when the natural state of your penis has changed and become the texture of a pencil eraser, really firm and ‘rubbery’. Again, for some guys, especially those who are anxious types, this can be a near normal thing. I’m not talking about them; I’m talking about guys whose ‘normal’ state suddenly changed and has remained like an eraser (without ever becoming softer), for at least a few weeks. If you don’t fall into that category, (and it is rare) then you have nothing to worry about.

Asprin and Ibuprofen act as anti-inflammatories. If your penis has suffered trauma (excessively hard or too much PE) you will have inflammation of the tissues which will contract when healing. Either drug may help with this, but most important is to avoid anything that will irritate the tissues such as hard masturbation. Gentle massage after the first couple of days will help with tissue fluid exchange and assist healing.

Asprin also helps to thin the blood and reduce clotting, which may be of value if there is damage to a blood vessel. Again, this should repair itself in two to three weeks with heat and gentle massage of the vessel.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Around 4weeks, It seems a little bit better but I have been masturbating which will slow down or stop the recovery process, once I get my Doctors view on it, I will stop all masturbation.

Good post :) .

Mine is definitely really firm, in fact before I would have classed both sides as close to rock hard, no give in the tissue what so ever, there is now some soft tissue on the outside but then extremely hard tissue underneath, I even had my Mother feel the tissue and even though it wasn’t at its worst she agreed it didn’t feel right and that I have to show the Doctor.

I think it may be connected to our lifestyle. The body gets fragile if we are not constantly exercising so it tends to have less testosterone and is not working at it’s best .. at a times like these it is more likely to get an injury of this kind. So the recovery will be quicker if our health is at it’s best .. I personally noticed less firmness when I exercise regularly and get the blood flowing - I also noticed an increased libido. Just make regularly sit ups and such .. it may help.

Hi

Any updates on this?
I’m suffering the exact same issue. Mine has been for 4 months.
I’ve went to see an andrologist. He told me nothing to worry. He asked me to dip it in cold water for about 10 minutes until the water warms up.
He said it would normally heal after 1 week. I’ve tried it today. Perhaps I’ll try it again for a week.
I don’t know if it will help.

Anyone suffers from this has fully recovered?
