I am seeing one and in fact am going to get an MRI of my penis in 2 weeks. So far he has done a doppler blood flow study and ultrasound that was normal. But for me I have more symptoms than just a firm flaccid. I have a burning pain at the tip of my meatus since February, which has not responded to antibiotics. I now believe this pain is due to damage of my corpus spongosium, as only the left side of my corpus fills up with blood. I believe I sustained minor damage to the corpus in February due to masturbation, but I really destroyed the corpus when I started to wear a condom to bed to avoid the meatal pain at night time in April. Essential, this was the equivalent to the act of prolonged clamping and I am now suffering the consequences. Also, it literally feels like my penis was broken in half at the middle of my shaft as there is a bend in that region. And when I do get an erection at the region of the bend my penis will erect in weird directions until it finally straightens.
I cannot wear tight underwear because it makes the firm flaccid much worse and is also painful. A few days ago my erections were improving, but for my condition erections seems to make the condition worse. There is so much inflammation in my penis that when I did get erections they were extremely painful and resulted in the formation of thrombosed veins. And these veins were due to just the erections as I have not masturbated in 2 months. Also, there was no way I could get an erection standing. However, if I started to get an erection sitting down and then stood up I was able to maintain the erection.
Currently, I am taking the following supplements daily:
Vitamin E - 400mg
Fish Oil - 1g
Acetyl L-carnitine - 1g
L-arginine - 3g
Ginkgo Biloba - 120mg
I am also doing the hot and cold wraps now. The wraps seem to be helping for my condition. However, I am thinking of taking the medication pentoxifylline. This medication is a blood thinner and there seems to be evidence that this medication improves the blood flow to the penis. Here is one article about the med:

Although the article is for Peyronie’s, people on Peyronie’s message boards have had some success with the medication. I want to make it clear that I do not believe that I have Peyronie’s and I suspect most of us do not either. But, according to another message board from someone that claimed they had correspondence with the author of this article Dr. Lue, the doctor believes the treatment for a hard flaccid penis is the med pentox, l-arginine, and cialis. Essentially, Dr. Lue is known as the expert in the world when it comes to weird penile erection problems. He works at UCSF and is a well-respected urologist. So if this med can increase blood flow to the penis it might help us out. I will most likely start the med after the results of my MRI are known. And if I do not see improvement in my condition in a few months I will likely make an appointment to see Dr. Lue in San Francisco.
