Firm flaccid penis

Did the hot/cold treatement really quickly last night and had a good morning erection, didn’t last that long but mental stimulation actually really kept it going. I think doing these wraps is part of the solution.

I haven’t masturbated since Sunday and again things seem to get a little worst from not masturbating at all, this is why I would always then masturbate but this time I’m not going to break the cycle. I’m hoping its a case of getting a little bit worst before getting better, my target is one month.

I also tried using an extender on Monday for five hours and my penis turned really firm while stretching (won’t be doing that again).

I have to laugh at this problem, its so unpredictable and doesn’t make sense, I lay down on my back and my penis is normal, I then stand or sit up and my penis turns firm or firmer, I also noticed that nine out of ten times my penis returns to normal when I need to pass urine, the time it doesn’t I’m left struggling to get the urine out.

I had a urine infection and was treated for it a few months ago and the struggle to pass urine was exactly the same as when my penis is firm. I’m going to tell my Doctor that I still struggle to pass urine since the infection and see what they suggest, I’ve also noticed that when laying down and my penis returns to normal, I sometimes feel the need to pass urine when I have often just gone.

I’m still taking the same supplements even though I was hopeful I would have improved even more or have been fixed by now but on the plus side at least I know I can still get nocturnal erections and I did some how gain in girth. I’m currently thinking about taking low doses of Xatral and Cialis.

I think it is both. I think the supplements and cream might be beneficial. But the prices listed at the website are way too high. For example, you can find the scar reducing cream with the same ingredients that they list as 42 dollars on the site for 10 dollars in other places. I am actually going to try and use the cream because I figure what the hell. I’m not too optimistic about the cream working, but for 10 bucks I’ll give it a shot.

Same here, even if it’s in a really firm state - when I go to the toilet it will soften up. I think it’s because you contract your BC muscles when you pass urine, I can contract my bc muscle whenever I want, and it has the same effect.

After finishing passing urine, I can see my penis change in length and thickness, so much so I’m left with ripples in my skin where the tissue underneath has become firm, my two veins (either side of my penis) are then left more noticeable.

I’m actually thinking about recording it and taking it to my doctor, I’m not sure what she will make of me offering a recorded video of my penis lol, a urologist may be more open and at least then they can see the change and know its not in my head or think I have Koro:

Koro (medicine) - Wikipedia

If I do record it, I’ll post a video, at least members here will be able to see the change and know we are not all lunatics imagining this.

Hey Biff,

Can you let me know where you get the scar-reducing creme? I have the same thought process as you with regards to that, and I definitely do not want to pay $40 for it if it’s cheaper else where. Thanks a lot.

Have you guys been to a urologist?

I haven’t yet and don’t know if there is much point in going to one.

Everyone that has been (from what I have read) gets told everything is fine. I read of someone that had different types of scans and tests and then was sent to a andrologist at Harley Street, who then done more in depth scans, everything was fine, he was told by a doctor that they could feel the tissue was firm but still didn’t know the cause. He started taking Xatral and Cialis and a few other non prescription supplements and in May of this year said he is pretty much now normal.

I did have a doctor check my penis due to a lump inside of it and I was trying to tell him about the firmness but because I was laying down on my back my penis wasn’t firm.

You can get it from this site for $9 plus shipping:

I am seeing one and in fact am going to get an MRI of my penis in 2 weeks. So far he has done a doppler blood flow study and ultrasound that was normal. But for me I have more symptoms than just a firm flaccid. I have a burning pain at the tip of my meatus since February, which has not responded to antibiotics. I now believe this pain is due to damage of my corpus spongosium, as only the left side of my corpus fills up with blood. I believe I sustained minor damage to the corpus in February due to masturbation, but I really destroyed the corpus when I started to wear a condom to bed to avoid the meatal pain at night time in April. Essential, this was the equivalent to the act of prolonged clamping and I am now suffering the consequences. Also, it literally feels like my penis was broken in half at the middle of my shaft as there is a bend in that region. And when I do get an erection at the region of the bend my penis will erect in weird directions until it finally straightens.

I cannot wear tight underwear because it makes the firm flaccid much worse and is also painful. A few days ago my erections were improving, but for my condition erections seems to make the condition worse. There is so much inflammation in my penis that when I did get erections they were extremely painful and resulted in the formation of thrombosed veins. And these veins were due to just the erections as I have not masturbated in 2 months. Also, there was no way I could get an erection standing. However, if I started to get an erection sitting down and then stood up I was able to maintain the erection.

Currently, I am taking the following supplements daily:
Vitamin E - 400mg
Fish Oil - 1g
Acetyl L-carnitine - 1g
L-arginine - 3g
Ginkgo Biloba - 120mg

I am also doing the hot and cold wraps now. The wraps seem to be helping for my condition. However, I am thinking of taking the medication pentoxifylline. This medication is a blood thinner and there seems to be evidence that this medication improves the blood flow to the penis. Here is one article about the med:

http://www.natu re.com/nrurol/j … ncpuro0409.html

Although the article is for Peyronie’s, people on Peyronie’s message boards have had some success with the medication. I want to make it clear that I do not believe that I have Peyronie’s and I suspect most of us do not either. But, according to another message board from someone that claimed they had correspondence with the author of this article Dr. Lue, the doctor believes the treatment for a hard flaccid penis is the med pentox, l-arginine, and cialis. Essentially, Dr. Lue is known as the expert in the world when it comes to weird penile erection problems. He works at UCSF and is a well-respected urologist. So if this med can increase blood flow to the penis it might help us out. I will most likely start the med after the results of my MRI are known. And if I do not see improvement in my condition in a few months I will likely make an appointment to see Dr. Lue in San Francisco.

Were screwed basically, I have like hard lumps under the skin could this be peryones? Would that cause erection problems and a firm flacid?

Can it be fixed?

Thanks for the information biff7686.

Did the person that spoke to Dr Lue say how long Pentox, L-Arginine and Cialis should be taken for and in what doses?

qwertypoiuyt

You should go to the doctors, Peyronie’s does cause hard plaques within the penis so its best to get it checked out.

*Sorry for the double post, I didn’t see qwertypoiuyts post until after posting mine.

Peyronie’s isn’t usually associated with a firm flaccid penis. If you can achieve a straight erection you most likely do not have Peyronie’s. Also, Peyronie’s is usually isolated to one location in the penis, not multiple lumps. The lumps could be thrombosed veins or some other condition. However, I would suggest seeing a urologist to confirm if you have Peyronie’s.

As for being screwed, I feel for my condition it will probably take a year or so to recover. It is also possible that I might never recover, but I still remain optimistic. My injury though is probably more severe than most people posting on the site if you have read my description. Right now, I just want the pain in my penis to go away. I cannot even walk around comfortably because every time my meatus rubs up against my clothing it hurts like hell. Heck, I can’t even wear a pair of briefs due to the pain it will cause my penis.

Also, I am currently in medical school and at this point I have decided to go into urology after experiencing this horrible condition. But I do want to point out that I have not had much training in the field of urology yet and I feel there are people on this website with a much better understanding of the penis than myself. As I said earlier I do feel we will all heal, but I know for myself if no one can help me then I’ll devote my life to healing myself and others who are experiencing this messed up condition. Of course, by the time I actually become a urologist it will be several years down the line, but I just want to say do not give up hope.

They did not mention the dosage. However, on Peyronie’s boards it was mentioned taking 400mg of Pentox 2 or 3 times daily is key. I am probably going to start out with 2 doses daily. Once again, I want to state I do not believe we have Peyronie’s, but I think the medication will be beneficial to us since it has been shown to increase blood flow to the penis.
