Firm flaccid penis

I was doing a leg session today ( including squats and lunges etc )
MY firm flaccid got the worst it ever ever ever has, literally all the blood drained out of my dick - and it just felt like a small piece of rock. Completely unrelaxed, tensed, lack of blood, and I could feel slightly uncomfortable feeling. It wasn’t even pointing down, it was literally pointing straight because there was basically no blood in my dick.

However, recently I have been masturbating abit more - and masturbating the right amount seems to help, yet too much makes it 10x worse.

Just to add, something I found on this forum ( A POSSIBLE CURE ) .. wantsmore - I want to die and wantsmore - I want to die

This goes in line with the whole pelvic muscle area being tense. I recently started doing some stretches like the ones used for piriformis syndrome and I never realized how tense my pelvic muscles are until trying to perform these exercises. I use to do squats and deadlifts without stretching properly and I also sit down a lot. While I think I still have nerve damage in my penis, I do believe laying off exercises like squats and doing stretches to relax the pelvic area will help with firm flaccid and blood flow. I’m not expecting an instant result, but I think in a few weeks I will be able to see improvement.

It looks like we have something that we can all connect to finally.

What stretches are you guys doing?

I believe this was posted earlier in this thread but here is a link on piriformis syndrome:

Yeah, that seems to be a good one for the nerve that goes into your butt.

I’m going through another normal phase. I know it will be over soon though, it always ends and goes back to FF.

So nice having a flaccid twice as big, hangs straight down. I’ve been having morning wood every morning too.

When I massage the pelvic floor with a tennis ball, I hit something that makes an almost painful sensation run from directly under my ball sac to the tip of my penis. Very odd, but after some massaging I couldnt get the sensation again.

In the book I have been telling you about it talks about this exactly. It says that if you massage the trigger points that are creating this pelvic floor disfunction it can relay pain to the tip of the penis. Keep on rolling on the tennis ball and stretching. If you feel any tension in your lower abdomen or pelvic floor, try to let go of it. I do this by taking deep belly breaths and trying to relax my mind. Try to avoid any negative thoughts and be positive.

If you give this a serious try over the next week I bet you will see some results. Let me know how that goes.

I did the tennis ball thing last night, already feels looser. I imagine I should do this about 3 times a week, probably permanently. I cannot help but urge you all to try wellbutrin XL even at the lowest dose, 150 mg to also help this problem. It works for me every time, lifts my moods, improves my erections, flaccid hang, and very strong erections. But then again, without it I get clinically depressed, and strongly.

I tryed to get Wellbutrin a while ago and it is prescription only.

I’ve been meaning to report, I have had great morning wood for the past 4 or 5 days now, its amazing. My flaccid hang is much better also. I havent done any masturbating so I’ve no clue on erections.

All I have been doing is some stretches, sitting on a tennis ball, and massaging with the tennis ball. The last is the most importnant in my opinion.

Although, I feel like I have had many falsch solutions already, and things always seem to go back to normal. Only time will tell.

I wanted to post an update on my situation. I was doing the piriformis stretches, but unfortunately I overstretched my right side and actually gave myself the actual piriformis syndrome with the golf ball feeling underneath the butt. By doing this I actually noticed that my penis became more numb. So while I screwed up, at least I know it is my muscles that are so tense that it causes numbness in my penis.

I am currently reading the Headache in the Pelvis book as well. Also, since people are having success with the tennis ball I will begin that therapy.

I do not mean to scare anyone, but I just was reading some possible causes of Fournier’s Gangrene and wanted to hear some comments from some of the members here. Here is the website to the article about it:

I know this seems quite extreme, but I sometimes think the worst case scenario. Can anyone chime in and see if you have some matching symptoms? Although I hope and pray that none of us have a disease this severe, there’s always that one-in-a-million chance.

I have my appointment with the urologist in four weeks and I may ask about this just in case. Also, if anyone here has questions that they believe I should ask the urologist (even though no one has really had any success so far with the urologists) please let me know. I know for me the firm flaccid was around for 3-4 weeks in February, and then went away until about a month ago. However, my penis now protrudes more to the left at the base than it used to. It almost feels like something is clogged near the left side. I believe I damaged something after idiotically stretching my penis and jelqing too hard just after ejaculating. I may regret that decision the rest of my life. Also, it seems the scrotal skin is further up the shaft on the left side of my penis making me think if scar tissue is present, my penis may actually be being pulled into the left side a bit.

I hope everyone is getting better! Keep updating progress please!

I sincerely doubt any of us have Fournier’s Gangrene unless someone here has pus and and odor coming from their penis skin. I would not even mention this to a urologist because they will automatically label you as neurotic. We have an uphill battle as is with urologists and mentioning this will not help. When going to a urologist it is best to concentrate on pain. Even if you have no pain with your firm flaccid, just say you do as they will be more inclined to do more tests. If you just state you have erection problems they just think it is psychologically related and will give you viagra.

Always mention pain, the guy is right they will just say it’s mental

How exactly do you do the “golfball” massages

Guys answer me honestly, are we fucked?

I mean they can turn a cock into a vagina for those weird people, yet they can’t fix this. Has anyone actually fixed this?

Does viagra work for anyone?

I think that with time we will all be able to have a normal sex life. And hell I mentioned earlier in this thread I’m in med school and will be going into the field of urology now to work with these weird penis injuries. Trust me, I am not going to live the rest of my life with this condition and neither will anyone else in this thread. It might take me years but I will find a cure if no one else will. Just don’t give up hope. There are advances in medicine all the time.

Also, viagra should help with erections, but I really do think resting the penis for a while is a good strategy.
