Yes it has come and gone several times over the last year or two, with complete recovery during the “gone” periods. On average it has lasted ~2 weeks each time. And within that ~2 week time period there are days where it is almost imperceptible, and other days where it is very clogged and raised up. It can even switch between these states quickly.
Inevitably though, it does go away, it doesn’t last forever. Every medical resource I’ve seen, and all the anecdotal evidence here on TP, and my own experience says that if you just leave it alone, it takes care of itself. One day you will realize, hey it’s been a couple weeks without any problems. And hopefully that’s the last you ever have to think of it. But it may recur in the future.
For exercise, I’d say I do a little currently, definitely not a lot. I had the same thought, that regular cardio is good for one’s health in general, and skeletal muscle does play a minor role in pumping the lymphatic system. So I’ve been out for a couple jogs this past week.
It’s pretty unpredictable, but I think I will eventually figure out what methods are aggravators and what methods are safe.
