Injury from PE exercise

We’re not urologists :p

I suggest you see him again and tell him your concerns, and ask him if sexual activity is okay at the moment. If you’re really concerned ask him what he thinks the problem is and if he could organise an ultrasound or some other non-invasive test to check for damage.

Whatever you do, stay away from PE untill a decent time AFTER you feel completely healed, and I think that time will come.

as everyone has said, just don’t play with it anymore for a little bit. Use it to urinate and wash it in the shower…leave it alone.

I am sorry but I didn’t quite understand how you got injured in in the first place. Were you stretching or jelqing or was it the combination of both? Do you think you used excessive force , too much erection, lacked warm up or any other reason that might have led to an injury?

I am just interested in finding out if there was any particular reason that might have cause your problem. Get well soon and don’t give up, just take it slow for a while.

Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

I found just performing the warmup part of my routine with no jelqs/stretching on a daily basis seemed to aid my recovery.

It was a combination of the both, but I feel that it was mainly excessive force on the stretching. I feel like I did a modest warm-up but it could have certainly been inadequate. I was 100% flaccid during this stretch.

Also, to anyone who may know, I did perform some sexual activity after I had visited my urologist given that he told me I “would be fine, and to just avoid the really rough stuff”. Although I feel like it has not gotten worse from my activity.. I don’t feel like it has gotten any better since the initial injury..

Does this mean I will not recover as I should since I took part in some activity? Should the recover get progressively better or will it improve all at once at a distant time?

I’m concerned but staying calm :) Thanks to all who contributed!

Pray tell what the warmup routine was?

Hot wrap, or IR light - IR light probably as the best option, don’t have to do any actual PE to follow it.

Ok I am glad to hear that this wasn’t a result of any crazy routine or exercise, it was a common newbie mistake of using excessive force. This should help you know about your body limits and how intense your routine should be for you to avoid any future problem.

You should see some improvements gradually, although I am no expert on this, but it might only be an overtired penis. You should lay off sex and masturbation for a couple of weeks so you give your dick some time to recover and doing a warmup routine as someone already mentioned it might also help in this process.

Please let us know if anything changes.

Well, am I not going to make a full recovery since I had some activity?

Activity during this time will only slow your total recover - not stop it.

So I’ll be back to normal considering my symptoms? It really worries me that it sort of feels.. "Detached” :-/

Definitely, just have faith :)

Alright :)

Well should I completely avoid all contact? Not at all occasional?
