Injury from PE exercise

Alright, here’s my write-up for my urologist visit this Monday, tell me if I need to make any changes:

-Visited my general health practice doctor the following day: Dr. Musser, of Dr. Dotti’s office.
-Visited a Urologist, Dr. Davidson on August 23rd at the office on Lancaster.
-Dr. Davidson evaluated that I would be fine in 3-4 months time as of my visit date, and could continue sexual activity so long as it wasn’t rough.
-Symptoms were not immediately apparent but have become worse as time as passed.

Current Symptoms:
-Detached feeling overall.
-Loss of feeling.
-Difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection.
-Tensing my groin has no response, it remains limp and feels detached.
-Orgasms feel completely different.

Further Questions:
-Will I make a full recovery from all of my symptoms?
-What do I need to do in order to assist my recovery?
-Practices?
-Foods/supplements?
-What symptoms should I expect to see as I am recovering?
-Will it get worse before it gets better?
-What are signs that I am healing?
-When will I know when I am fully recovered?
-Will I be able to return to my previous capacity?
-Will sexual activity impact my recovery?
-Should I avoid activity?
-Should I completely avoid erections/arousal?

Isn’t a bit too short list?

I tried to keep it concise since I am the really chatty type, do you feel like there is something I should add?

I’m sure you’ll find something to add by yourself.

Heh, perhaps. But I did hit on pretty much everything; I really hope that my groin tensing will recover :(

It feels like there’s a chunk of mass missing from the left side of my member as well…

I suggest you make the current symptoms into a better time line format. And also explain how you did have some sexual activity but after you stopped doing any sexual activity the symptoms changed/seemed to get worse.

I used to have random pain in my groin also,it always came and went randomly.I never really figured out why I kept having the pain but it eventually stopped.I highly doubt that it’s from any PE exercise. It’s probably from tearing sensitive ligaments either from stretching of the legs or any sudden movements.Try applying controlled pressure to the spot that hurts and take a couple of slow, deep breaths, it always worked for me

It’s strange, sans halting sexual activity I lost the ability to tense my groin, it feels limp/detached and unresponsive, almost lifeless…

Nah… I never had problems doing kegels back then. But I’m very sure you’ll fully recover. Our penises are resilient.

Inane confidence has never achieved anything except boated expectations. Cautious informed resilience is a far safer bet, and Amp, you appear to be on the right path :)

By what you are telling me, I’m 100% sure (as I’ve heard it before 1000 times) you have sprained your ligature penile gland nerve…

Can you tell us more about this “ligature penile gland nerve,” where it is exactly, and how we can keep from damaging it?

Thanks!

I believe he was being sarcastic if I am not mistaken.

Also tweek, I have been trying to gain erections and having unsatisfactory success, is it damaging to my recovery to even have erections?

Well let me tell you amp I had a very similar problem but it wasn’t PE related at all, not that I know of anyways ( out of PE for about 3 months for several reasons) Anyways I was masturbating too much and on Thursday I overdid the speed and force of my masturbation.

Saturday came and it was one of the worst days of my life, believe when I tell you I was really desperate. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get an erection, not even a semi!!. So I decided to take a whole week off without touching my dick for anything but taking a piss. I admit that I still masturbated a couple of times around Tuesday and Friday just to evaluate the situation and I had been slowly improving.

Today I tried and guess what I was able to achieve an erection seated, laying down and even standing up. I admit that I am not 100 percent recovered as they don’t last as long and the strength is like 80 % tops compared to what I had. But this shows recovery is possible and I must be on my way to a full recovery.

I went to the urologist yesterday and he told me to take some cialis just to see how my penis reacted. I have decided for now I will stay away from masturbation and sexual activity for another couple of weeks, and maybe just try some cialis to see what happens.

What I mean to say is that recovery should be possible, but try to relax a bit and let your dick rest. Have you tried having an erection with cialis, viagra or anything similar? If you did how was your erection?

Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

As I said before, if I were you I would stop all sexual activity including gaining an erection purely to see if you can.

When a soccer player injuries his leg he doesn’t continually try to kick a ball to see if he can. He rests and gets treatment and therapy until it is at a stage where resuming activities will encourage healing. You are not at that stage, I believe.
