Injury from PE exercise

Ask if there might be something at the base of your penis you could have torn or injured. It may show that your penis itself is fine, but you may have torn your fascia or bc muscle or something. Ask if there is anything that can be done to investigate that.

Tell them about your problems kegeling — it may be a pelvic floor problem. Tell them you were tugging on your penis, so they know that such an injury is plausible. He or she might scold you for doing that, but if you don’t tell them exactly the circumstances surrounding the injury, they will be likely to brush it off as an ‘overactive imagination’. If they know that you were stretching hard, they will be more likely to consider the possibility that you injured a muscle or ligament inside your penis or at the base. Knowing is half the battle, and I know uros are quick to dismiss penile problems as psychological or something that will just ‘heal itself’. Honestly I don’t understand how the field can be so far behind in terms of research for penis-related injuries and diseases. It seems like they are still in the dark ages in terms of medical attention and treatment.

Mmmm I recommend you DO NOT kegel in the meantime. When you hurt any other part of your body what do you do? Avoid using it, so the same would apply here I think.

It may be possible that this is a case of ‘it’ll get worse before it get better’. The fact that it appears to be worse after you rested it completely may be indicative of this. The fact that you now cannot gain an erection at all may be psychological, since you’re worrying more now because the symptoms seem worse. The worsening may be due to the body’s natural reactions being allowed to follow their course because you rested it that - mechanisms that could not occur properly while it was still in use.

I’m sure you’re counting down the hours towards the appointment, best of luck :)

Thank you tweek and newjaydot, I will make a writeup of all of the issues I will bring to my urologist, print it and bring it with me to my appointment. I will compose my write-up and post it here when I am finished with it.

Newjaydot, you were referring to various tissues/ligaments/muscles that could be torn; would you tell me all of the possible things that could be damaged at the base of my penis? That information may help me with my writeup.

Both of you have been exceptionally helpful and I really want to extend my gratitude.

Wait amp.

I am a doctor, I have been advising people for years, I’m also a penis expert.

By what you are telling me, I’m 100% sure (as I’ve heard it before 1000 times) you have sprained your ligature penile gland nerve.

You mustn’t sit down for longer that 5 mins at one time, if you do you are risking your penis from exploding in a violent surge.

This turns your unit into a time bomb, you must call me right away and I shall send a chopper to pick you up and bring you here so I can help you.

Hehe,

It’s nothing mate, just rest.

I injured myself a few months back, plenty of hot baths at least 30 mins pr day.

This is great

Start 6.5 bpel 5.75 eg Current bpel 7.0 eg 6.75 (7.0eg base) Goal bpel 7.25 eg 7.0 mid shaft

Progress routine and pics/vids

You had the exact same symptoms that I have?

The limpness, the ED, the detached feeling, the incapability to kegel?

If you would I like, I can sort of make a video of what’s going on, it’s just limp and loose as if it has been severed..

I am able to get a SEMI erection but it is TREMENDOUSLY difficult to do.

Well that’s comforting to hear, but someone mentioned that I could have severed my suspension ligament.

Best basic strategy for going to any doc for that matter.

I am currently taking 4 supplements:

-Multivitamin
-Vitamin A
-Magnesium
-Zinc/Calcium/Magnesium

I will look into getting some of what you mentioned, good suggestion.

I’m most concerned about how kegeling almost has zero response from my groin, I wonder what got damaged and if it’ll repair.

Severed ligaments are very painful. Unfortunately I know. It is like someone has cut across your groin with a knife and you feel like pulling you knees up to your chest to help prevent the pain. but it does not help. I would stop the kegeling also. Unfortunately I know quite a bit about torn suspensory ligaments.

I was in the same situation before except for the “difficulty to gain erection” part. I lost ALOT of sensation on my penis and there’s even a point then that I thought it was going to be permanent. I’m telling you, you will recover. I did! 100 % and all it took was to quit PE and masturbation for several weeks and stop worrying. I know it’s hard like someone here said but sometimes the psychological thing plays a big part. It aggravates the situation. Stay cool man and I really hope you recover asap!

It hasn’t helped me quite yet :-/

Tensing my groin has absolutely zero result, it’s just limp and feels detached.. I hope that I can recover that :(

Would anyone know if I’ll recover my groin tenses?
