Have MRI with contrast coming but I think something in the pelvic area is the catalyst.

Tight ischio is a factor , along with other tight floor muscles , all acting in sync to try and get me to blow my head off. I am hung like a bull ( gnat ) and tried jelqing one damn day. One. I was 20 pct erect. I flexed the crap outta my pcs as well trying to climax after I got freaked out. So now Hf comes and goes , the numbness is the worst. Like a pinched nerve ,

I’m a super nice person by nature but now I’m on edge all the time. I look for some kind of hope things will heal , for me AND guys like Willy and the rest. I was no stud before all this but damn I just want to be normal again. Anxiety is killing me

Hard to understand what you are saying Sean, less acronyms would make your post more clear. What is pcs? And HF? What I’m getting is that you have a pelvic floor issue, not anything broken in your penis.

What he does know is that, from what I can deduce, he tried jelqing one day and it ruined his penis and now he is doing his best to put the jigsaw back together with the lights off.

But, pelvic floor, pelvis, and trunk are the most likely places to start looking. That and the psoas muscle. Here is an interesting stretch:

I’m not saying that this stretch is the best one for the psoas, or the hard flaccid condition. There are many great psoas stretches on youtube, and no doubt a few stupid ones as well! But I’m telling you, the psoas is the key to a great many problems. It’s not always obvious what stretches will loosen up the pelvic area. My guess is that if people with this condition try GENTLY try everything they can find, one day, like magic, the pieces of the puzzle wil come together and the blood will start flowing again.

BE WARNED: When you really work or stretch the psoas properly, it can lead to shock or intense emotion, so make a place and a time to do the stretches, where you can rest for an hour or two afterwards. I’m not making this up. These deep muscle groups can bite back when disturbed, so go gently. Also, if you have disk problems, seek medical advice before doing any stretches or twists. Especially twits. But never give up the quest. Never surrender to a life of mediocrity, never.

For a more advanced session, watch this wonderful lady do a complete yoga workout for the psoas. WARNING. This is advanced stuff, you can not possibly attempt to stretch as much as she does from the get-go. Never force anything. Also, do not attempt the stretch at time-stamp 1130 - 12:20 (also repeated from 13:26), if you have a varicocele (bulging veins on one or both testicles), as it might set of some pain.

With both the videos, I just posted, form is KEY. It takes a while to find the right form for you. Just as in weight-lifting, the wrong form can strain things. The right form is magical.

Incidentally, I have a varicocele, but I have found a yoga pose that manages it. Basically it is the shoulder stand, but being a wimp, I don’t do it properly, I just crawl up a wall, with my legs and butt against the wall, head, upper back and shoulders on the floor. The magic is in the inversion, all the blood flows out of your balls into your head. I just do it for 5 - 10 minutes. It’s so effective, I don’t even do it every year!

It’s him and doctors/specialists who examined him, saying that his problem is in the pelvic floor. The one who doesn’t know it's you; all you want to see is broken penises caused by jelqing because you are stuck with this paranoic thought. You are actually trying to make proselits on this paranoic thought, that jelqing cause permanent damage. We had a poll on this, right? After examining all the ‘evidence’, this is the objective truth: that a very tiny minority of people report permanent damage from jelqing; when examining their posts, one can be sure that the vast majority of these people have problems not linked in anyway with jelqing, and in many cases the main problem is just in their minds.

So, my educated guess is that you need psychiatric help. If you are trolling or not, doesn’t make a difference at this point.

Whole hearted agreement from me on this point.

The act of Jelqing has been practiced for centuries. A few people *(such as Mr. WW) may have done damage to themselves by improper form or excessive force.

This thread is useless as there is no way in hell people are going to stop performing this extremely effective and beneficial exercise based on the information contained herein.

You do realise I’ve been in contact with people who are talking about suicide over their jelqing induced problems don’t you? People who desperately want me to tell them how to cure it. This is far from “useless”, how dare you suggest otherwise!
