Incredible
I haven’t read the whole thread as I’m at work currently, but damn! I couldn’t believe all the people that thought you were a troll, lying, not trying, that the problem is mental or any other thing that would throw your concerns to the side. To all those people, you can all go get royally screwed, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
This is real, it happened to me, not instantly though, I had good success with PE in the beginning, but it is a massive risk.
I did it a couple of years ago and have had the exact same problems and difficulties. This is NOT a mental problem. I’ve been to a pelvis specialist and she could tell instantly that my pelvic floor and surrounds are not right.
Your general doctor can’t help you, they will send you to a urologist, they can’t help you. No scan or test will show anything.
The problem is from what I can tell, nerve pain and dysfunction primarily, with muscle and mental problems as a secondary. Anxiety prone people will have a worse time here, but it’s not the primary problem 100%. I get that people saying it’s mental are well meaning, but it hasn’t happened to you. You simply don’t get it.
I think that jelqing either significantly moves or affects nerves or muscles in a way that puts pressure on the nerves in the pelvic area. My instinct is telling me either pudendal or ilioinguinal, but there are some other nerves in the area that may be affected. It’s possible that jelqing in a certain fashion could remedy it to a degree, but the chances of that I find slim as no one knows the exact cause. I don’t think anyone with this injury wants to risk a trial either.
I have found some help from osteopaths, acupuncture and physiotherapy, but I doubt my penis will ever work properly again, at this point I’m most interested in pain reduction. Sufferers might also benefit from supplements that promote muscle growth, blood flow, anti inflammation, nerve pain reduction and calming of the nervous system. You’re best off doing your own research on this but here are some suggestions. Magnesium (citrate, phosphate 600mg a day is safe), turmeric, st johns wort, vitamin b, passionflower. Again I’m no expert, so look it up. Prescription anti-inflammatory drugs will help in cases where muscles are a big factor, ask your doctor. For people in real pain, you can try nerve pain drugs like endep, lyrica and gabapentin (these will come in different names and things, again ask your doctor, you may need to be specific). Muscle relaxant drugs like valium (benzos) could also be a big help for relaxing pelvic muscles and reducing pain but probably won’t solve anything.
I am soon about to try a supplement called pharmagaba which is a inhibitory neurotransmitter which can cross the blood-brain barrier to make actual positive changes to the nervous system and should help with erectile problems.
I wish this was not real, but it’s happened to me, it’s happened to OP, it’s happened to others and will continue to happen. We as men owe it to other men to tell the truth and not shy from it. PE has risks, this is one, it is terrible, it will destroy you. I am not the man I was, I never will be again.
