PE gave me irreversible ED

I’m 23 now, I did many experiments with PE since I was 17. I did intense clamping with many cable clamps, intense pumping with high pressures (15-20 HG), intense hanging… Jelqs I did not count because I think it is too light… I think jelqs are lighter than masturbation… I never had any problem. Just some discoloration. I suffered from ED when I was in period of intense depression and stress. My ED was psychological. I have zero gains because I am lazy, I never dedicated more than 3 weeks in a routine. I am a procrastinator in all areas of my life.

I don’t know what happened to you. I feel sad for you. It’s sucks, if you really say the truth… I think is hard to injury yourself from PE.

lost4angel, let tell me that there are many more than have injuries, and some of them in my situation. the fact is, some don´t post any more because loose interest for the forum, some for life, some are disappeared by who knows who.. and you, neither me, know who is “prepared” or not before doing it, because I had real perfect erections. bye

Thank you for sharing deeppurple9.

I wish you recover and get better.

Take care.

Keep posting. I’m sure you will have good news one day. Keep your spirits high, it makes a huge difference. Your body knows it is damaged, and is probably trying to fix itself. Give it time, and keep searching the world for a cure.

I'm fed up of having a signature!

This is a sad situation regardless of how it happened, but the last thing I would ever do in your position is get surgery, because then there is no turning back. I sleep on my stomach most of the time, which means that when I get an erection, it presses into the bed because it is not free to move up to the normal position. Lately, I have been correcting this by positioning my penis upwards, against my stomach, so when I do get an erection it is able to expand completely and there will be no pressure exerted in the wrong direction. I have also started doing kegels, not everyday, but usually just when I masturbate, which I am keeping down to about 3 times a week or so. So far, it has been about two weeks or so, and I have already noticed an improvement. Some days, I wake up with these crazy erections, well crazy for me at least. Anyways, it sounds like a minor change, but it seems to have made a difference for me.

One more thing, I was just wondering why the original post was deleted. ThunderSS confirmed that it was in fact deleted, so what was the actual reason. I would hate to find out that content on this site is being filtered to benefit a specific cause.

Have you ever bent your penis until you felt a snap? Because a couple of times in the past when my penis was halfway erect (stiff but not full of blood) and feeling a little tingly I’ve done exactly that because it felt good, like cracking your fingers (don’t ask me why I didn’t think twice about it after I felt that snap. I cannot fathom it!). I can still get an erection but unless I’m touching it, all blood flows out of the head (within seconds), then the shaft (probably within 30 sec).

My doctor says it’s because I’ve been depressed for years but after reading about venous leakage I’m not so sure. I haven’t told him any of this so I haven’t done any tests.

Anyone know anything about his? I doubt I broke it since I never felt that excruciating pain I keep reading about.

Im going to read the paper you found anyway. Thanks for trying to help me really.

Maybe. But your penis still has life, and “where there’s life, there’s hope.”

I know a lot of people are recommending things you might try. I can add some things to the list, but with the caveat that my recommendations are based on hunches and not on clear science. I hope you’ll consider them, but take them with a grain of salt.

1. Bromelain. The paper I posted and other sources have shown that tissue fibrosis may be a cause of venus leaks. We have a member here (Shiver), who hasn’t posted recently but who seemed very knowledgeable about supplements. He used to recommend Bromelain to combat fibrosis, speed healing after PE, and possibly help people to keep gaining at a sustained rate. You might want to give it a try. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme found naturally in the stems of pineapples. If you can’t find the supplement, you might want to just add pineapple as a regular part of your diet.

2. L-Argenine. This is an amino acid, which is used by the body to create nitrous oxide, which is required for erection. It’s available as a supplement in most drug stores.

3. Fish Oil. Fish oil is believed to improve cardiovascular health and possibly to have other health benefits. Why not try it?

4. Kegel exercises. Kegels strengthen the muscles in your pelvis that help to pressurize blood in the corpora cavernosa and might help you to maintain erections. Many guys report better erections after a program of kegels, and you might, too.

5. Remove Soy. Soy products contain estrogen precursors, which can interfere with the effects of androgens in your body and may be contributing to your problem. Soy is a surprisingly large part of many people’s diets. Try eliminating it for a few weeks and see what happens.

6. Get or stay in shape. As others have said, eat high quality food and get plenty of exercise. I would recommend some weight training as well as cardio. It will make you feel great and may actually raise your testosterone, which appears to be a good thing as far as the health of the penis is concerned.

Where, exactly, is the “snap” coming from? Certainly, a damaged tunica can be a cause of venus leaks. But if you’ve damaged your tunica, you’d probably be in a lot of pain—not like cracking your knuckles at all.

ristorantepizza, if you heard a pop, then most likely it was just a “ligs pop”. Which is when he ligament at the base of your unit rolls over different one, making a snapping sound.

Woww, I am so sorry for you man !! But just wait !! Science is getting better everyday ! You can recover !

This post got me really scared about PE! I really know what a bad feeling having a Little dick ! Especially if you are a tall- big size guy ! Living with it awful ! However, I think I have to stop PEing. I was listening to a doctor on TV and he was saying that making your dick bigger is imposibble right now whatever you do (pills, hangers, jelqs etc.)
I was not believing him , I knew that it is possible by stretching it but what I think is , this doctor was maybe telling that it is impossible just because maybe he did not want people to injure themselves.

I don’t know what to do. Pills don’t work, surgery pointless, hanging dangerous, jelqing too light. I think we are all stuck here till a genius doctor finds a cure for having a little dick !

There have been some good suggestions as to how to possibly improve your condition, and I would like to add one more suggestion. This would be for you to try the use of Growth Hormone for a few weeks to see if it can improve things. I have used GH for a long time, and a number of friends of mine use it as well. What we have found is that with the supplementation of GH, that recovery from all kinds of surgery is about 50% of the expected recovery rate. Recovery from various non surgical conditions seems to be noticeably quicker as well.

As you are young, and most likely still have naturally high GH levels, this may not be applicable, but one never knows until they check. You will need the help of your physician to accomplish this. He would start by getting a blood test of your IGF-1 blood levels. If your physician does not do this in his practice he may have to refer you to someone that does, so that the IGF-1 levels can be evaluated. Should your levels be on the lower side, injecting with GH is simple to do. Further, you can vastly exceed normal GH levels for short periods of time without any negative side effects.

A second option before considering surgery would be the use of electro stimulation in the groin area as an aid to repair. The easiest method is to build or purchase (ebay has some on their site now) a “Ring of Power” device. This is sometimes called a “Blakoe Ring.” I do not know of anyone that has used this for the purpose of valve repair, but inasmuch as it is cheap, and easy to use, it would seem like a reasonable place to try. There are other much more powerful electro stimulation appliances that can be purchased, and they may have value to you as well. If you need help in that department, I can send you suggestions

Best of luck!

I posted this in another thread:

Varicoceles can now be repaired, but only on young guys (IIRC). So perhaps there is hope.

You can also naturally increase GH by supplementing with the amino acid GABA. It has been proven to greatly increase blood Growth Hormone levels(both the active and inactive form). Also, do just 1 single 30 second all-out sprint on a rowing machine will increase your Growth Hormone levels 500%(temporarily of course). I do it every night, as well as supplementing with 4g of GABA.
