Penis permanetly damaged after 1 month of PE, Rubbery feeling

Yes. Numbness in my dick directly correlated with numbness in my ass. I could not feel anything when I wiped after going to the toilet when my dick was really numb. Now that my dick has come back to around 85% sensation, my ass also feels sensation again. Today I tested and I was able to keep an erection pointed to the ceiling for quite some time while standing up with occasional stimulation. But I got the erection while laying down before I stood up. Much easier that way. Still missing a little bit of sensation.

My glans has also had a rougher appearance occasionally when it has been drier. Now it looks healthier and younger again because I have applied body lotion to it occasionally. It can often restore a more youthful appearance over time if you take care of it.

I was able to have sex twice last night. First time I jizzed since December 19th. My injury was on December 9th. I had no problems getting a 100% EQ boner or maintaining it. I only lasted about 1 minute each time though. The same thing happened when I had sex on December 18th. I’m unable to last long in bed now lol. Compared to the last time I had sex on December 18th, I felt the vagina much more last night time too. So I guess sensation is improving. After the second time having sex last night, my glans was less receptive to touch. But this morning it feels much better.

Did you guys have problems getting an erection the first few weeks after your injuries?

Lucky, it is really difficult to put it in the vagina for me. The tightness kills my erection because it feels painful now, even though she is wet. I could try applying lube to my cock in addition next time. Every time I attempt sex my dick becomes number again and erection quality + orgasm sensation decreases.

What body lotion do you use?

Yeah lube was a big help for me last night. Definitely use it every time.

Essex lotion.

If you look at the nerve structure of the penis ,the nerves are attached to the testicles and anus . They tie in to gather and go through the sacrum . So it appears that you can get numb through pulling too hard , Or lower back injury

3.5 Months

No changes for me. I had a reduction of CPPS (I think none in 2 weeks), but no more “hard flaccid” just soft flaccid. But it seem a little more rigid that usual. For erection is still 100% the shaft but the glans is soft and I have some pain during sex. No loss of erection, ever (just the first 3 weeks with completely ED). And still detached sensation.

As a plus I had an increase of heat fluctuations and some time headaches and blind mind like I cannot concentrate anymore, and some strange pain on the chest. No heart attack but It’s probably due to anxiety that started from specific episode anxiety it has become generalized anxiety and it arrives without any reason in any possible moment, seems absurd but I think I may have this, so I will see some specialist to cure that ASAP. In reality I don’t feel anxious at all, I’m more relax than ever since years, but probably the previous months before the injury when I started the new job and right after when I had ED had a strong impact on my mental equilibrium that still needs time to recover. Psychological treatment can help me to stay better faster so I’ll go for it.

I’m worried about my penis, I don’t know what to do, no published doctor solution anywhere. This makes me angry rather than anxious. I have no clue of where to aim. The sad thing is that I’m getting used to this and I don’t remember how it felt before. I think it will never come back at this point.

Did you guys went to the doctor? Do you have any news or suggestions?

I wish you all the best. I’m going through recovery myself, as you know. When you say your penis feels detached, what do you mean exactly? How can you have a full erection but feel detached? That doesn’t make sense to me.

I seem to have similar symptoms to some of you in this thread. It makes it difficult when you have a girlfriend to worry about too right?

Its been four months since my injury and I believe it occurred while I was doing a kegal and having sex making my penis bend downward.
At the start of the injury my penis would barely get erect.. I was foolish and kept using it because of my girlfriend and I couldn’t believe I injured myself.
It seems that over time it has gotten better, however some of the symptoms still persist.

My feeling has begun returning around the three month mark and it is starting to feel like my penis is back.
I understand what you mean by not feeling like it is 100% there.
I want to know if any of you have similar problems:
1) Penis hangs longer at times when flaccid.. Feels almost loose or like the body is not supporting it enough
2) Harder to maintain an erection especially when standing (Needs constant physical stimulation)

Does it feel like it is easier for you to move your penis around during an erection?
Do any of you feel like you have lost some rigidity or hardness to the penis?

I can see my penis is erect but it feels like it is not all there.. It is difficult to explain.

What were some of your early symptoms? Did you feel numbness or loss of sensation in the penis? did you have a small flaccid? or hard flaccid?

I think it’s just a way to avoid to tell me the truth, that it’s irreversible and the only solution is surgery with penile prosthesis but it won’t work with a small penis and it’s better just to accept this situation and try to live with it. I think it may be a combination of vain leakage for the glans and fibrosis for the shaft.

Maybe here there are people with more experience than me that can help me to have a better dialog to the doctor. I think they just want to avoid to tell me the thruth because I’m young and they feel I’m fragile because of penis size insecurities. They are afraid to tell me the truth.

This can’t be true, EVER, imo at least. Our reproduction system is very strong, very repairable, very “smart” if you want, I know because of bad internet jokes all my friends have had since we were kids I actually learned the penis is way stronger than I coud’ve imagined, remember “QQQQQ” and the “I feel lucky” google button? It was a prank and would show “bad porn”images of people hurting themselves, one of them was hitting his ERECT penis with a hammer multiple times and seemed ok to me…it was a short gif so I can’t know for sure what happened to him.
I’ve also seen a lot of DIY penis implants in prison, many of them went WRONG, the stuff migrating downwads and such/into the balls, but none of them had amputation/loss of erection/or any permanent damage for that matter, and I am talking about tens, maybe even hundreds of people. Keep faith man, I tell you this from the bottom of my heart if you want to believe me, penis damage is very rare IMO, Good luck! Hope to hear good news from you soon!!
p.s. : sorry if this was no longer necesarry, hadn’t read the hole thread…just felt like writing this

My early symptoms were an hourglass of the penis..

I don’t recall really if it was small I would say no. I’ve always considered myself to be a “grower” but after the injury my penis seems to be a “shower”.
If by hard flaccid you mean it hangs lower than yes. It never felt hard it felt even more spongy than usual and hanged easier.

Sounds like a great thing to happen, bigger flaccid hanging lower and feeling more spongy.
