Recurring infection - only relief is after a shot of Rocephin

Are your stools black, like jet black, too? Active bleeding in your rectum is from an internal problem; if the blood stays in you long enough your rectum will turn it into a little stool. If you have black stools you likely have a colon issue and you’re bleeding internally and your stools turn black from the blood coagulating into feces.

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Nope, bright red blood. Seeing gastro on Friday - they had a cancellation. Hoping to get scoped. I think it’s either a hemorrhoid that a doc hasn’t been able to feel, a polyp, or a fissure that keeps breaking open and masturbation aggravates it. As mentioned, I am not a doctor but I am seeing one in two days to get a diagnosis.

Getting scoped in January. Doc doesn’t think it’s anything, though he did say that for whatever reason, colon cancer is on the rise in young adult males.

Did a deep dive mentally on this and am coming to grips with the fact that it was more than likely the PF physical therapy that caused the positive change at the end of July. I was seeing a PF therapist 1x/week around the middle of June and my last appointment was July 5th or something like that. We would do stretches and end the session with internal massaging and belly breaths. I didn’t necessarily see any benefits from that and I actually bled during one of the sessions - was also around the time I was bleeding passing stool, so didn’t think much of it. But, maybe it just took time for everything to catch up and for me to experience the positives. Either way, I saw her pretty consistently for about a month’s time and did not ejaculate/masturbate for 2-3 weeks after my last session with her. I didn’t even realize that until now and was convinced it was the Rocephin shot I got around the end of July as indicated earlier, not the PF therapy - now realizing it was probably the latter. Maybe it was just a fluke, but I doubt it. Seeing my PF therapist again (first time since then) this Thursday at 3pm for another consult. I have tight hip flexors too so either way it’ll be good to get back in there - feels good when I’m done.

Only thing I’m a tad worried about is the hairloss I’ve been experiencing, though I have to believe it’s from the antibiotics and they’re finally catching up with me. Between the Ceftriaxone, Doxy, Cipro, Azithromycin, Fluconazole, and supplements, I’m hoping it’s not permanent and I’m doing my best to get my gut health back on track with a good probiotic, eating right, and working out. Won’t update for a while, but I wanted to leave everyone with the update that I am going to get back in PF physical therapy, which consists of PF-specific stretching and internal massaging done by the therapist, combined with belly breaths. I will try to not ejaculate until after Thanksgiving just to see what happens and hopefully will be able to re-create what I experienced this past July (increased sensitivity, no hard flaccid, higher libido, random erections, no hydrocele, and general “looseness”).

So your massage therapist was sticking her finger and/or a tool up your ass after which you were passing blood and you didnt connect the two or think it was an issue?

What is PF? And you bled in July, but didn’t think of it till now? What will you remember next that may be detrimental and/or related to your issues now? I feel like you could reveal some other past problem or issue that explains more of what you’re going through…
