Organic ceylon cinnamon. Marshallow root. (Maybe organic is better, but I didn’t try it) Damiana. (Maybe organic is better, didn’t try it)

I’ve been eating ceylon lately but I did not know it could have healing properties.
The same for damiana. I started damiana a couple of weeks ago for boners and ball size. I started horny goat weed at the same time for stiffies. I don’t know whether it’s coincidence or correlated effect, but I do know that both have been my reality for the last few days.
Do you have a reference for damiana boosting recovery? Most of the info I found is for libido and getting high. I have seen a little about relaxation and gut health, but not recovery or healing.
Even if the effect is the same, organic is always better to minimize consuming chemicals like glyphosate.

Thanks for mentioning marshmallow root because it made me look it up and find that it may heal the gut. I need all the gut help I can get.

I just saw this in my supplement notes that you might find helpful for recovery:

I have been interested in bromelain’s reported effects like stimulating collagen production.

The science behind all of these things is either lacking or non-existent. If there were really a supplement that could reliably make you heal faster we would probably already know about it.

Think about it this way. Supplements are exactly that. It’s a little extra of something if you aren’t getting enough in your regular diet. If you’re eating a well balanced diet and are healthy to begin with, you shouldn’t really need any. I personally take a good multivitamin and fish oil. Much else is just a sketchy salesmen trying to sell you weird chemicals with unrealistic promises.
