I get it from clamping very tightly and jelqing and now hard pumping normal? Usually goes away after a day or two notice it when flaccid.

If it were me I would not clamp very tightly and I would hard pump either.

I’m not knowledgeable about clamping, but I do know pumping.

Your best bet for enlargement is to stay in the 3 to 5hg pressure range. Higher than that is counterproductive.

I do know from reading thunders that you do not need to clamp very tight to gain.

Um using a bathmate so idk the calculation for that

You can’t, the bathmate doesn’t have a gauge. I have one too.

Spots now and then are ok. If you are getting them a lot, try pumping the bathmate less.

On clamping I am remembering some guys saying go to the tight click, and then release it to the next click or two.
