As a brief re-cap, I received my PP order last Thursday, this update coming on Wednesday.
So, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, I took 0.25 ml doses of tadalafil, hoping that the amount of ingredient, 7.5 mg would give the equivalent effect of daily script 5 mg Cialis. For me, that dosing schedule yields a ready to go anytime with a 100% erection, but little to no side effects. So, by Sunday, I was a bit disappointed (keep reading, there’s a reason). I was getting some effect, but not nearly what I was expecting, so I doubled the dose on Sunday to 0.5ml, which should yield 15 mg of active ingredient. I also, starting with that dose, took it “straight”, not mixed in my water bottle.
That night, the results were satisfying, but not “equivalent” to either script or Indian pill form of 15 mg. I kept the higher dose on Monday, with similar effect that night.
—> Then, Monday night I got my first really good night’s sleep in about a week. <—
Wow! What a difference being well rested made! Even before I took Tuesday’s dose, which I normally do in the early afternoon, I was wondering if it was too much. But, you know, science and all that… lol! So, now, with just less that a week of experience with the tadalafil liquid, I would say that the 0.5 ml/15mg dose is roughly equivalent to a similar dose in the Indian pill form, and roughly equivalent to something less than 10 mg of the real Cialis, but more than 5 mg.
So, I think my “regular” daily dose will be around 1/3 ml or 10 mg, and I’ll dial it in from there. And, if a “sure thing” evening or weekend comes around, I’ll either bump to 1/2 ml or take a small dose of sildenafil (Viagra) or varnadafil (Levetra). This is what I like about regular, small dose tadalafil, is that I can take a very small dose of the others, get the short term “spike” they give, they kind of “springboard” off of the tadalafil level, but with drastically reduced side effects of a quarter dose of V or L, which give me a very stuffy nose… to the point I cannot breathe through my nose if I take a full dose, which is a bad thing for obvious reasons. *grin*
