Well, here we go
New member to the forum, been lurking for a while. Let me get straight to it. I’ve been taking Zinc 30mg and B12 500mcg (both are Nature Made) for about two weeks now. After the first week I started noticing that my load was brighter and thicker. I also noticed that when flacid my penis would droop more and look fuller, also my balls hung lower as well. I’m guessing the former was due to the zinc and the later was due to the B12. So I stumbled across this thread and decided to give it a whirl. Went to walmart and vitamin shoppe to get everything and neither one had lecithin, gonna scour CVS, Rite-Aid, & Wall-Greens later today.
So my current stack looks like this:
Zinc - 30mg (Zinc Gluconate)
B12 - 500mcg (Cyancobalamin) Going to get the Methylcobalamin version when I run out of these.
Selenium - 200mcg (Selenium Yeast)
Omega 3 520mg- EPA (285mg) & DHA (215mg)
Pygeum Extract 50mg? - Pygeum Bark Extract 25mg & Pygeum africanum powder (bark) 25mg
Folic Acid 800 mcg
Damiana Leaves 450mg - (Turnera aphrodisiaca)(leaves)
Don’t know if the pygeum will be a high enough dosage to produce “leakage”, so I took 2 instead of one. I put folic acid in because it is supposed o supplement zinc in increasing male fertility. A study is currently underway to test it out. Think I’m going to start up my bike and cruise around and see if someone has lecithin, someone has to. Will keep you guys and gals updated.
