Problems With L-Arginine

I was taking (NOW) L-ARGININE 500mg capsules didn’t like it. I’m killing it with GNC L-Arginine negative side effects whatsoever.

Supplements are funny. Don’t get stuck on any particular brand unless it sits well with you and you are getting desired results.
GNC Lecithin did nothing for me but their L-Arginine works best for me. Piping Rocks Lecithin gives me the best results.
Swanson’s Pygeum helped with erection but not with load. Piping Rock’s Pygeum works best for me.
It’s all trail & error until you find your sweet spot with certain supplements by certain companies.
Heck I’ve taking so many supplements back to GNC it’s ridiculous but I still get my L-ARGININE from them every 2 weeks.

As far as taste goes, pineapple. Pineapple pineapple and more pineapple. I think for the most part. fruit sugars tend to get right through in the flavor. There’s something to be said for eating a lot of fruit and drinking water. I’ve noticed the effect actually eating the fruits but not from taking their extracts.

I’ve tried many things in the original recipe, combined, or not, and then other things, without much success. I’ve always had a low volume. I had a testicular hernia as a kid and an operation which left me with a slightly smaller testicle on my left side. Maybe that has something to do with it. I’m 36 and have tried to increase my volume in order to squirt my juices on my wife in a way that she deserves so much. I’ve been on Pygeum for a week now, and noticed some precum, which was almost nonexistent in my case, so I guess you could say that worked a bit. The lecithin is mostly gone now and have ordered sunflower lecithin to try that out.
I have a water tracking app to make sure I drink over 2.5L a day. The celery seed tea I make in the morning makes me feel good, as it seems to lower my blood pressure. But it cannot be mixed with the L-citrulline or else it lowers it too much. I believe in taking care of myself and eating well. I exercise 5 time/week and bike regularly during the summer months.
I haven’t quite given up yet.. Recently I’ve added a 100mg dose of Tongkat Ali in the form for LJ100 from Biovea. I’ve always enjoyed the stuff as it makes me super hard and the orgasms and overall sensitivity are much increased. I’ve tried different brands and doses of Pygeum, and they all made me feel like my prostate wasn’t functioning correctly. Instead of the forceful ejaculations with fantastic orgasms, my loads were still full but seemed to gush out rather than shoot. Also, the intensity of the orgasms didn’t have their peaks and troughs. Do two find that banana and pineapple make a noticeable difference when compared to just using the stack? Wondering if it is to make a difference to the quantity or perhaps the taste for you since people say pineapple is good for that. Haha, filming is an interesting approach. To measure or just for fun?

I’m pretty positive that is a correct statement.

I tried the grail using soy lecithin, didn’t seem to do much.

Tried taking sunflower lecithin in powder form (and not taking anything extra other than 15mg zinc tablets, one morning and one evening with meals), that seemed to have an effect on the load.

I’m now testing to see if sunflower lecithin in pill format does anything. Also going to add pygeum (again) to the stack to see if it does anything. Didn’t seem to do much last time, but now I’ve noticed my pre-cum is down to almost nothing, except after a lengthy foreplay.

One thing is absolutely certain. Water intake is probably the most important part of all this! Water and probably being active physically.

Also, at least for me, it seems that having actual sex and not masturbating is crucial for any impressive loads to be delivered lol.
