My Stack with Dependable & Expected Results
Experimented with almost every supplement I have heard of for the last 6 years and this is my go to. Works every time for me, down to timing it the hour of sex.
Wake up- on empty stomach
6 (500mg) GNC L-Arginine capsules total 3,000mg + 2 (500mg) ALL NATURAL Longjack capsules total 1,000mg
8 ounce glass of V-8 for breakfast an hour later
Midday-1 (50mg) NATURES BOUNTY ZINC GLUCONATE caplet total 50mg +
1 (1,200mg) PIPING ROCK Lecithin softgel total 1,200 mg
Chicken sandwich immediately after
Workout.. Must drink between a half gallon to a gallon of water everyday. WATER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. DIMINISHING RETURNS AFTER 1 GALLON AND I’VE NOTICE A HALF GALLON TO A GALLON DELIVERS SAME LOAD AND DISTANCE. SPRING WATER ONLY
Dinner_Half pound Turkey breast sandwich or ground turkey breast Patty with vegetables and rice
Bedtime-4 (500mg) NATURES BOUNTY VITAMIN C Tablets and finish off water to meet quota for the day.
Water and diet along with working out does it for me. No alcohol or drugs, they are counterproductive as is bad food.
On days I know I’m having sex I follow my daily regiment but take 1 (100mg) PIPING ROCK ultra standardized pygeum the day before during midday then I take 2 (100mg) of the pygeum 2 hours before sex. I don’t take the pygeum daily because I’ve read too much information on it decreasing testosterone which is NO GOOD for me.. But the kick that it has is worth taking the night before to get into your system then 2 of them 2 hours prior to sex. Extra 2 ropes.
If I had to rank the supplements of my stack in order of importance.. It would be as follows
1.WATER (must be hydrated)
2. L-Arginine
3.Longjack
4. Lecithin
5.Zinc
6. Vitamin C
7. Pygeum (bonus)
You have to find what works for you, hgw, maca, yohimbe, ect: did nothing for me
But WATER+DIET+WORKING OUT is UNIVERSAL
