Congrats on the second! I’m wondering, from a woman’s perspective, what seems to be the best combo taste-wise.. Are bananas and pineapple helping at all taste-wise? I guess everybody’s different. I take maca, black and sometimes mix in a little bit of red maca (both in powder, get it from The Maca Team through Amazon in the UK). But anyway, I like it, seems to give an energy boost. As with most other supplements I cycle it, don’t use it constantly. Arginine I also take, mainly through my five days a week mid morning shake as it contains about 1mg of L-arginine, occasionally I take a 1mg capsule extra, especially before going jogging, maybe this is all a placebo effect, but I think it increases my stamina a little bit.

Please check in again with results from your lecithin test.

I agree with Brundari! I have taken supplements for quite some time now, various things, for various reasons. I always do some research before taking anything and I try not to mix crazy concoctions (no pun intended) like some users here, but I feel I have benefited and continue to do so from many of them. I don’t believe I am jeopardizing my health in any way, or else I wouldn’t do it. I enjoy them and take them knowing what they do and their potential side effects. I think everyone should proceed with caution, but as with maca, and ginseng and ashwagandha, much research has been done and many are considered safe to use. Cycling is very important also!

Got my sunflower lecithin yesterday. Still doing everything the same, but have eliminated the soy lecithin. Trying to abstain until tomorrow when I see my wife again and hopefully will notice some increase in volume!

I choose to make a morning shake, mixing all product in mixer (see pics) . And drink pills if any with water just after the morning shake. Not on an empty stomach.
I also choose to peel, cut and freeze fruits, and then prepare small daily bags. More convenient, it only take me 5 min to prepare my morning shake every day.
Get up, take your daily ingredients out of the freezer, put in juicer, get out for a jog, walk, or anything suitable for you. Get back after 20 min . Mix everything and enjoy. Don’t add hot water.

Also, I removed pygeum from my mix as it seemed to decrease my orgasm intensity without really adding much volume, if only some minute quantity of precum.. May I suggest to anyone doing this test to add their age, weight and the exact stack used and duration (for example age : 38, 69 kg, original Holly Grail used for 1 week).

I like your scientific approach, and the more data we can collect will help.
