Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

Happy to see some versions of the stack without pygeum. I found that it gives me intense indigestion regardless of how or when I take it or if I have or have not eaten. Zinc did the same thing. I’m still experimenting to find my version.

Hello! Thank you for your answer. So I have read on some other forum that L-Arginine is the best with L-citrulline together. I have tried already L-Arginine 4 grams sometimes more per day but I had no effect I have read that many people had stronger erection or could last longer or do it more time after 1 month of taking L-Arginine I took it for 3 months and I feel no difference so I thought I could try take both and maybe effects will come. In your opinion I should try only L-Citrulline without L-Arginine? And what do you think about other products should I take all from the list or maybe add something more ? I am not currently on the stack. In fact, I have found that it has no direct effect on me whatsoever as I suspect its due to already having a relatively healthy diet. My problem is that my cum loads are always too thick. Is there any way to make it less thick? I have a video below, and if you’d like to see more send me a direct message.

I researched this question a lot, but tried a little. Apparently, sunflower lecithin and zinc gave even small results. Yes, in my opinion, it is better to take only citrulline without arginine, since citrulline is its precursor.

I’m already thinking of trying Chorionic Gonadotropin - everything else, in comparison with it, they say, is some kind of joke.

I take citruline in its powder form for instant absorption, while arginine is in pill form for extended release.

Just started a stack of lecithin, L-arginine, and zinc last week. Obviously it’s only been a short time, so I can’t say that my loads have increased, but I am definitely leaking more precum already. Trying to drink more water as well, as I know hydration plays a key roll in load sizes. Any other supplements I should be looking into?

Started doubling up on lecithin after reading in a few places on this thread that it seemed to be the most important supplement, at least in the original stack. I take one midday and then another before bed with L-arginine, and zinc. I find that I get harder even more easily and am leaking even more precum. I’ve started waking up in the middle of the night because I’m so hard. My average load size seems to have increased a little, but I haven’t really measured.

I take gonadotropin regularly for Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) purposes. I don’t believe it has any impact on ejaculate volume. What it does do is increase sperm production, which is great and all but sperm are such a small part of ejaculate that you won’t notice a volumetric difference. I would advise against taking it if you’re not on TRT yourself I would advise against it because too much has the potential to shut down your natural test production like test itself would.

Hello all. I have taken all kinds of supplements from the holy grail stack. Can’t say that I have been successful with increasing my volume but, I will say that people mentioning the damiana and me trying that out definitely adds a bit more than any other of the stack ingredients. But I am making this post for a different reason. If there is one thing or if it’s in other stuff but every time it never fails to add volume and even a rope he texture to my semen. What I’m tallking about for me is Every time I eat some kind of seafood, for example, crab, crabcakes, lobster, any form of lobster, fried calamari, and kind of any fried seafood dish, just always adds volume to my sperm and I don’t know why?! Has anyone had a similar effect? Had similar volume increase with this? Because I can’t tell I haven’t researched it enough to see exactly what it could be that does it every time for me. So I’m Hoping someone here on this threads has or had similar experience and maybe experimented enough to pinpoint what exactly it is. Does it have the same affect on you as in giving you more load? Have you experienced the same thing? It’s just very weird that it always comes from those things in the seafood dishes for me. Thanks

The form of supplements can make a big difference. Zinc citrate that is in most cheap supps does nothing for me and upsets my stomach. The picolinate form works better for me.

The other factor can be depleting co-factors through supplementation of one element making it harder long term for your body to use all the stuff you’re taking.

I would guess you are just actually absorbing it from the seafood because of more co-factors present etc.

Whats a co factor? I too am the same way with the zinc. I think the gluconate and the orotate for some reason have the most affect on me if anything is noticeable. The Picolonate did not show any kind of increase. Also what is bio available? Sounds interesting. Apologies, these terms are new to me and thanks for the reply

You can get supplements that CONTAIN pygeum and thus would likely not get picked up by customs. Customs will just list it as a male health supplement and it’s name and not go bit by bit down the ingredients list I suspect. Parcel volumes are just too high to do this. For example in my country shipping packages will often put what a product is but not all of its ingredients. And, I suspect that the hassle of doing so means it’s common in other places.

Pygeum and Lecithin are by far the main factors that add volume, and then probably zinc, and then raw celery (and then celery seed extract as the extract has less water). And then, personally, saw palmetto.

Also, @ Damnwork, IIRC Lecithin can help with cholesterol, but I personally would never take that much as anything that can effect cholesterol (IMO) should not be taken at above recommended doses unless you know what you’re doing or have a study to back it up.

Pygeum Brand Comparison Question

Hello Gents,

It sounds like the Swanson brand of Pygeum is the most oftenly cited brand here. Currently, the Swanson Pygeum 100 mg extract/400 mg bark product is out of stock on the Swanson website, and is no longer listed on Amazon—last saw it there earlier this week but was not shipping until late April 2021.

Has anyone used both the above Swanson product and the BulkSupplements brand of Pygeum extract powder? Any comparison feed-back to offer?

Also any feedback on combining the ketogenic diet with the various holy grail stacks mentioned in this threads?
