You can get supplements that CONTAIN pygeum and thus would likely not get picked up by customs. Customs will just list it as a male health supplement and it’s name and not go bit by bit down the ingredients list I suspect. Parcel volumes are just too high to do this. For example in my country shipping packages will often put what a product is but not all of its ingredients. And, I suspect that the hassle of doing so means it’s common in other places.

Pygeum and Lecithin are by far the main factors that add volume, and then probably zinc, and then raw celery (and then celery seed extract as the extract has less water). And then, personally, saw palmetto.
Also, @ Damnwork, IIRC Lecithin can help with cholesterol, but I personally would never take that much as anything that can effect cholesterol (IMO) should not be taken at above recommended doses unless you know what you’re doing or have a study to back it up.
