I am 26 years old. I have taken the stack and can say that it has an effect on me.
This is what I bought and the amounts I’ve taken daily:
Swanson Zinc Gluconate [50mg] x1
Swanson Pygeum [500mg] (Pygeum Bark 400mg + Pygeum Extract 6.5% Phytosterols 100mg) x1
Swanson Sunflower Lecithin [1200mg] x1
Best Naturals L-Arginine/NOW Supplements [1000mg] x1
Swanson L-Citrulline Malate [750mg] x4
The most notable effects to me from what I can tell are zinc and pygeum. Zinc definitely increased my load size and pygeum made me leak precum which was fascinating to me since I never leaked precum ever until taken it. I haven’t taken any pygeum lately and have not seen any precum leaks, so I greatly assume that it came from taking pygeum.
As for the rest, I am not sure what lecithin did to me since I didn’t isolate the variables in conducting an experiment and testing if each supplement was working as intended. I believe it works and will consider trying to see concrete results from just taking lecithin alone. From my experience, zinc probably yielded more results than lecithin. L-Arginine seemed to not work for me since I don’t think I have any erection problems or maybe that I am young. I believe that 1000mg of L-Arginine isn’t enough to yield any beneficial results so I probably should have taken at least 3000mg but I wasn’t too sure if that was risky or not. When my bottle of L-Arginine was finished I bought a different brand, the first one I tried was NOW Foods then I tried Best Naturals. When I got the Best Naturals L-Arginine I also bought some L-Citrulline Malate as I read that L-Citrulline works more effectively than L-Arginine so I combined 1000mg of L-Arginine and 3000mg of L-Citrulline Malate and I don’t think that yielded any benefits to me either.
I’m looking to stack up again and will modify the L-Arginine to just L-Citrulline [1500mg] x1. I know I’ve stated that I don’t think it worked for me but I was taking the stack together with the rest so I want to be conclusive and accurate in the results. I’ve been concerned about taking pygeum as it affects DHT though I don’t think it has affected me in any negative manner so far. Funny thing is that I’ve been thinking on getting Maca, Saw Palmetto and Stinging Nettle to see if that will do anything since I see a lot of people taking them as well. Does anyone think this is a good idea to proceed?
