Well the nice thing is; no one is selling a crappy pill here; just a list of supplements that can be purchased at 10s of thousands of vitamin-shops and online stores across the globe. So no one is going to tout about these products randomly to try and turn a profit.

As well the *holy grail* can be found all over online(bodybuilding forums, Reddit), with minor differences in the mix of supplements; but for the most part there is a pretty common list of ingredients that through community consensus have significant results increasing (libido, sperm modality, sperm count, sperm production, prostatic fluid production, increased nitric oxide, increased vasodilation and more). Not to mention some products in the holy grail and products outside of it that have legitimate health studies backing the ‘side effects’ of daily dosing as well.

If you’re genuinely interested in the efficacy of any supplements, vitamins, or herbal products you should do some independent research. Examine(dot)com has a pretty extensive database on stuff like this, that links to known medical studies, common dosages, and examines the legitimacy of usage and side effects pretty well.

I am 26 years old. I have taken the stack and can say that it has an effect on me.
This is what I bought and the amounts I’ve taken daily:

The most notable effects to me from what I can tell are zinc and pygeum. Zinc definitely increased my load size and pygeum made me leak precum which was fascinating to me since I never leaked precum ever until taken it. I haven’t taken any pygeum lately and have not seen any precum leaks, so I greatly assume that it came from taking pygeum.

As for the rest, I am not sure what lecithin did to me since I didn’t isolate the variables in conducting an experiment and testing if each supplement was working as intended. I believe it works and will consider trying to see concrete results from just taking lecithin alone. From my experience, zinc probably yielded more results than lecithin. L-Arginine seemed to not work for me since I don’t think I have any erection problems or maybe that I am young. I believe that 1000mg of L-Arginine isn’t enough to yield any beneficial results so I probably should have taken at least 3000mg but I wasn’t too sure if that was risky or not. When my bottle of L-Arginine was finished I bought a different brand, the first one I tried was NOW Foods then I tried Best Naturals. When I got the Best Naturals L-Arginine I also bought some L-Citrulline Malate as I read that L-Citrulline works more effectively than L-Arginine so I combined 1000mg of L-Arginine and 3000mg of L-Citrulline Malate and I don’t think that yielded any benefits to me either.

I’m looking to stack up again and will modify the L-Arginine to just L-Citrulline [1500mg] x1. I know I’ve stated that I don’t think it worked for me but I was taking the stack together with the rest so I want to be conclusive and accurate in the results. I’ve been concerned about taking pygeum as it affects DHT though I don’t think it has affected me in any negative manner so far. Funny thing is that I’ve been thinking on getting Maca, Saw Palmetto and Stinging Nettle to see if that will do anything since I see a lot of people taking them as well. Does anyone think this is a good idea to proceed?

Yes, that is correct. I tried the original formula that the OP came up with, but it didn’t do much for me, especially not Pygeum, it had a negative effect on me.
But like you say, that’s why all need to do our own independent research, test and see what (if anything) can help us achieve the desired outcome.

I’m always testing something for myself. Hopefully I will stumble across my own holy grail one day and my dreams will come true!

Ill drop my new stack here; it does include some of the original supps such as pygeum and what not; but there are a few others ive added (that i dont see much mention of) that may or may not be worth researching/experimenting with yourself if you want a few more things to look into. I was able to get bulk orders of everything that should last me about 4 months before needing to start to replace anything. And of course some of it could be removed. However, Tribulus, LongfoliaJack, and all the amino acids L-(arginine, citrullline, carnitine) and D-aspartic acid are all staples ive taken on and off for a few years and always notice the blood-flow and seamen increase. I also Take ZMA(zinc/magnesium blend at night). All the other stuff i cant really speak to as its still on its way (covid and international shipping delaying me about 1.5 months now)

Honestly, I am going on 40 and I still have a lot of ropes cumming out. I think it is because I drink a gallons worth of water everyday (well, more than that. I bought a bottle that has time stamps to show you how much water you should drink a day), sometimes twice a day (once during my work out and another through out the day), I eat a lot of veggies and meat (little carbs), weight lift 4 times a week, swim 3 times a week, get a good nights rest. No fried food, processed food, or sugar. I also do a kegel routine two times a day.

I think the vast majority of seminal fluid is made up of water? I think that is the main thing really. I feel the supplements can be the icing on the cake, but as someone pointed out, it really is about your healthy body and water intake.
