Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

Was on zinc + ZMA + folic + celery seed extract (I was on l arginine and sunflower lect previous but dropped it for months)

I noticed dropping l arginine and sunflower my loads decreased from the original increase (so for anyone that isn’t sure these 2 I would say are the biggest bang) as I was shooting major fucking ropes on that full set

So I bit the bullet and wanna try out clomid, since nothing really seems to work well for me. Does anyone have any input on what dosage I could try?

Powder is best. 1mg is 1/1000th of a gram. So 2000mg is equal to 2 grams. A good starter dose of L-citrulline is a minimum of 5 grams (5000mg). The maximum dose your body can actually use is around 8-10 grams (8000mg-10,000mg). The largest capsule size is called “000” and they are advertised to hold up to 1 gram (1000mg). Imagine having to take 5 grams or more of a supplement in capsules. That’s 5 huge pills you have to choke down. In my experience it’s much easier to just mix some powder in water and drink it. The main benefit of powder vs. Capsules is the cost. It is common to see supplements in capsules go for DOUBLE the price of the same supplement in powder form.

I take 10g (10,000mg) of citrulline everyday in powder form and have for years. I buy citrulline a kilogram at a time for somewhere around $30. That’s 2.2lbs for $30. I promise if you were to buy that same amount in capsules you’d be paying $100 at least.

Unless you have conducted a rigorous scientific or reliable empirical analysis to assess your results it is likely just a placebo effect. Do not underestimate the relationship of mind and body.
