Lecithin can be consumed much more - for example, I take 15 grams of liquid sunflower lecithin in the morning with porridge, and this is directly written on the can.

2nd Week Results

My Stack:
NOW Brand Lecithin 1200mg
NOW Sports Brand L-Citrulline 1200mg
Carlyle Brand Pygeum 1500mg
Nature’s Bounty Zinc 50mg
NutriRise Brand Ashwagandha 1300mg

I’ve attached my 2nd week results, but censored out the liquid since I saw someone else’s attachment got removed for it.
Values in green are the recommended servings; blue ones are mega doses, which I’m experimenting with doing on Tuesdays & Fridays.
My data for output before the stack was lost, but I remember it being anywhere from 2.5mL-4.5mL depending on abstinence and edging so I picked a value in between for the reference.
The 8mL from 8-16 is just a guess, since I didn’t get to measure that one, and 8-22 is the morning after 8-21.

I’m also on some unrelated medication that requires that I drink a lot of water.

My two cents on supplements:
I drink protein shakes three times a day with a morning and evening dose of multivitamins for athletes. This translates to around 3 grams of L-arginine, 40 mg Zinc, a lot of B vitamins, as well as other macro and micro nutrients.
My observations are EQ increase, albeit being a tad under 30, more cum, more orgasmic sensations etc.

BUT.. This is a PE-primary forum. So, after talking with my best friend, who is a nutrition specialist, he advised me to actually go out there and do some activity, as the ingredients are OK, but they have to be put to work in order to have any substantial metabolic action. Instead, most of them are thrown away with urine and digestive tract byproducts.

So, keep kegeling, keep running and doing exercises to maximize your nutrient action. Your body will thank you, especially if you are heavy on the arginine side, like I am.

My experience with cum holy grail is now almost for two years.
Although my biggest loads was with standard recipe (zinc, lecithin, pygeum), I have decided to cycle vitamins and supplements, more for my general health not just for cum loads.

So my biggest load of cum, stack:
Zinc, Sunflower Lecithin, Pygeum&Saw palmetto, Vitamin D3, L-Arginine.
When edging, my precum really was leaking a lot. During this stack I experienced my record, 11 ropes of cum, during ejaculation.
Although cum ropes where more watery, than white.

Thickest cum when ejaculating:
Zinc, Vitamin E, Selenium, L-Arginine, Vitamin B12, Tribulus Terrestris.
When ejaculating I could shoot one very large and thick, white rope. After that some 4 to 5 large drips.

Current stack:
Multivitamin B, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Boron, Ashwagandha, Omega 3, Qnq10, Lecithin, Maca.
I can shoot 3 to 4 cum ropes and 1 or two drips. Shooting distance is good, good colour, good thickness.
With this stack (and not jerking off when I want) I have experienced that during morning PE routine after edging, when doing kegels I can push a little bit of watery cum drips from my cock.

Future:
I have decided no to stick with one recipe. I want to cycle to get benefits for whole body, not just for EQ and cum. And meanwhile take note, what this cycling do to my ejaculations.

Magnesium

This may have been discussed over the 212 pages already in this trail…but I happened upon something interesting. I strained my back a bit a month or so ago and it ended up being sciatica. I read about nerve recovery and found articles saying that magnesium can actually help with sciatica, so off I go! Roughly double the dose on the bottle per days and I am still taking (back seems better, btw, but could just be time and giving it a break). BUT, I noticed after a week-plus of taking it that I started having noticeably larger loads, almost like a volcano that keeps erupting. So, off to google, and sure enough I could find actual scientific papers on the connection between magnesium (along with zinc) and semen plasma (not just sperm) in particular. One article observed an 80% increase. My daily supplements have included zinc, arginine supplementation (a combo that also has citrulline and boron), but now magnesium citrate as well. If I know I will be seeing my lover (out of town meetings) I start adding flower pollen extract pills too, and sometimes celery either in pill or raw form. The last few meets have been, well, climactic! :) I may also add Maca powder, but it wasn’t involved in the latest experiences.

Magnesium

The bottle I bought has 150 mg capsules. The article I read about use for sciatica said something like 250 mg…so I just take two (300 mg).

Anyone else had success with magnesium?

I’ve been taking 400mg of magnesium citrate in my stack for about 6 weeks now. I also take 1200mg sunflower lecithin. I haven’t noticed any difference in load.

Ok. I’ll probably try it anyway. I wouldn’t think magnesium is that expensive.

Amazing results. Did you notice any mood changes or side effects, did your testicle size increase?
