Hey all,

Long time lurker here but big time load warrior. I joined because I’ve seen this thread over the years and never felt like tracking down the necessary ingredients and figure out dosing and times of the to take things and all that. All this changed a few weeks ago with one of the 1st’s of its kind: the All-in-One stack: Gorilla Mind Lock & Load Volume enhancer. You can find it with a simple google search but the ingredients are:

800IU Vitamin E
50mg Zinc
400mcg Selenuim
4000IU Vitamin D3
3000mg Sunflower Lecithin
1500mg Nitrosigine
1000mg L-lysine
200mg Pygeum Extract Bark

I have supplemented this regimen with:

- a multi magnesium supplement called “Magnesium Breakthrough” which is 2mg Vitamin B6 and 501mg of 7 different magnesium’s

- 1300mg of Tribulus Terrestris (Testosterone)

-300mg Ashwaganda root Gummies

Only been dosing for a week and been abstaining from finishing a bit more as the stack takes a little time to fully work, havent seen a major difference so far but (maybe 10% more) but giving everything time to settle. I will report back!

My question is how does this formula compare to your separated stacks? Is this something that is generally looked down upon by “true” cum stackers? Lol. Would you give this a try to save some time?

I’ve never done a cum stack nor do I have the desire to because my loads are ok.

But I’ve found one free easy way to shoot massive loads.

First wait a few days before cumming.

Second, if a girl plays with my balls well, and especially if she teases them, I will cum a load. It hugely increases the load.

I find especially very very light touch all around the balls with the fingertips does it. At the base of the shaft too, the perenium, and the crack where the legs meet the pelvis.

If this is done to me for a few minutes with a handjob or a blowjob to finish me off, I will cum a lot. I’ve had several comments on it.

There’s no supplement stack that would come close to this.

So I’m new here but all this is well known at least to me, really basic level edging stuff lol. The cum stack isn’t meant to replace this, its meant to supplement it!

I wonder about the selenium. I took selenium under the impression it is sorely needed by sperm, so faster healthier sperm equal MORE semen, right? That’s not how selenium works! I wish I had the article to link here, but scientists found that selenium does increase sperm volume and health/mobility, but it DECREASES semen volume. Huh?? I found this out after I took selenium, just once. I had I think a one or two day break from orgasm and ejaculation, the load should’ve been huge from just drinking water alone. I took selenium in the morning, and the dose was way less than what’s in the listed ingredients you put in your post, and later that night I was stroking and about to cum and it felt like I had a massive load built up, but then I swear only 3 little drops of semen came out of me and it was very underwhelming, I thought I broke something inside me, my orgasm was weak and terrible and I couldn’t really tell what it felt like when it started or when it ended, and I resolved to never ever take selenium again. Same for me too. My wife is all over my balls and inner thighs, my ass, all the places where my legs meet my pelvis, I can feel my load building up like a little water balloon inside me the more she touches me. This is what I’ve tried so far:

50mg Zinc (NOW brand) - No impact on precum or cum loads, but it gave me bad diarrhea, so I stopped taking it.
1500mg Pygeum (first 4 weeks was Carlyle brand, but I switched to Swanson a week ago) - No “leaking like a faucet” results, but I did produce just a little more pre (originally a drop or two increased to like 3 more drops) and I think my loads were more noticeable during orgasm.

I had some interesting results while staying off the pygeum for a while. I was taking a piss, and I thought I was done, but it felt like there was more. Instead of more urine, it looked like pre mixed with a little bit of cum. I hadn’t had an orgasm in about 4 days, so it might either be that or maybe it’s because I stopped taking the pygeum (since I’m cycling it now).

What are the tsp equivalents to 200mg Pygeum extract powder and 1200mg sunflower Lecithin? I bought it in bulk but realized that both are hard to measure even with 1/8 tsp cups and more.

Does upping the dose on Lecithin and Pygeum have any benefits on:
1. Increasing cum load and precum amount faster in the early weeks of initial loading
2. After a stable “peak” (seems to be 3-4 weeks in from reading), increasing loads even further if the dose is upped the day before and of?

1. It did for me a little bit. If I waited more than a day between orgasms, I’d generate a lot more while on the supplements.
2. I don’t know about that since I haven’t tried upping my dosages beyond 1500mg of pygeum and 1200mg of Lecithin. However, I imagine that there’s a threshold in which your body can metabolize the supplements, so taking more than is necessary might not yield any greater results than a lower dosage. Plus, it means you’re gonna need to get refills sooner and your body might start to become more dependent on the higher dosages, depending on how often you take them. I’ve also heard that taking too much Lecithin can make your cum very thick and more painful.

Important to break these up during the course of the day, and drink at least a gallon of water. I am currently on a week long cycle but looking forward to the next run, with everything from day 1.

Findings:
After 2 full weeks definitely noticed a sizable load increase, as well decreased recovery time and really sizable second loads too! Orgasms have a bit more intensity but for best results be sure to maintain high stimulation and personally I like a longevity lube like Albolene.

Thank you! Yes this is exactly the kind of insight I was interested in. And can I tell you the truth I was thinking this for a while as well because at first I had some disappointing finishes. However after a few more weeks I would say that there was a noticeable increase. I also made 100% sure I was drinking a sh*t-ton of water because I was downing almost 20 pills a day and body needs constant flushing. Its almost like everything else needs to over power the Selenium?. Will continue to monitor on the next rounds in a few weeks, thanks.

Day 6: 11/13 - 4ml, haven’t been drinking much water today, very viscous

Day 12: 11/19 - 5ml, hydrated a little better nowadays

It’s been nearly 3 weeks now but I do not see significant improvements in anything. My precum is the same as ever, and my cum amount is quite disappointing, my baseline being 5ml at the start and my subsequent cum never exceeding 6ml, and in fact has been lower.

I think my libido is fine, I’m about the same as usual, if anything I keep wanting to cum according to my usual, pre-dosages lifestyle, so later on the time gap isn’t the recommended 5-8 days (from what I’ve heard, unsure if it’s accurate) to try and “top up” on the max capacity.

I will try to refrain from cumming for at least 5 days (11/30), or longer if you recommend that. I know I don’t quite hydrate enough, but I doubt the lack of water is enough to explain why my cum amount has barely budged.

Is there something wrong with my dosages? Should I try increasing Lecithin to 3600mg, 6g, 10g, etc? Or increase Pygeum to 400mg, 600mg, 1000mg, 1500mg, etc? Or should I remove Pygeum entirely since it is a DHT blocker? Appreciate any advice!

I’ve taken herbal and root supplements for probably 18+ years now and pygeum has been on my list for no less than 15 of those years. I’ve taken every size dose, standardized/extract or whole or combo of both, different brands, ones you take with food and ones without, and combined all of these with other supplements in numerous trial and error runs and I’ve never been able to tell if pygeum increases semen load. Sometimes I’d feel like it did, other times not at all. I’ve taken less pygeum now in the last two months than maybe I ever have and my semen production seems larger and my distance with cumshots is consistently further than normal. Pygeum does still seem to help my precum production, but again, if my wife is involved my precum is through the roof and if she’s not its about the same whether I take pygeum or not.

Lecithin is one I need a breakthrough with. I’ve taken it off and on over the years and I swear when I do take it my semen production is lower than before I took it, and when I quit taking it my production jumps back up again. Does anyone find that if you take lecithin for longer periods of time that it eventually starts to increase semen load, or does it increase semen pretty much right away? I’ve never taken lecithin for more than just a week at a time because my load gets so much smaller and I quit taking it to get back up in volume. Thanks for any thoughts on this!

I don’t know, but when I first started pygeum a couple years ago my precum went through the roof. Like, excessive. Also was doing lectithin, and all was good. For whatever reason, I stopped both for quite awhile.

I started back up about 6 months ago. This time around, I see absolutely no difference in volume, less precum than ever. I have also been taking 50mg zinc,, guess I just need to stop all of it for awhile.

I really do wish I could get the amount of precum I got the first time I was on pygeum. It was awesome. For some reason, it’s just not happening this time around.
