It’s been nearly 3 weeks now but I do not see significant improvements in anything. My precum is the same as ever, and my cum amount is quite disappointing, my baseline being 5ml at the start and my subsequent cum never exceeding 6ml, and in fact has been lower.

I think my libido is fine, I’m about the same as usual, if anything I keep wanting to cum according to my usual, pre-dosages lifestyle, so later on the time gap isn’t the recommended 5-8 days (from what I’ve heard, unsure if it’s accurate) to try and “top up” on the max capacity.

I will try to refrain from cumming for at least 5 days (11/30), or longer if you recommend that. I know I don’t quite hydrate enough, but I doubt the lack of water is enough to explain why my cum amount has barely budged.

Is there something wrong with my dosages? Should I try increasing Lecithin to 3600mg, 6g, 10g, etc? Or increase Pygeum to 400mg, 600mg, 1000mg, 1500mg, etc? Or should I remove Pygeum entirely since it is a DHT blocker? Appreciate any advice!

Day 24: 12/1, 9.5ml, looks like combination of holding it for 5-6 days and hydrating lot more finally helped and made it pay off with nearly double the initial amount! Precum amount is still roughly the same, hard to tell if it’s even increasing. My goal was to try to nearly double my cum amount within a few days of waiting, and to increase precum, and I got one of those at least. I don’t know if it helped, but this time I used a vibrator to make the orgasm stronger and longer, whereas before it was always by hand in an awkward position that might have made me cum less too.

Choosing to stop now, will resume some time in the future and go till 1 month completely. It was pretty nasty trying to drink the powder and stuff straight from a cup, I would use a teaspoon to toss a clump straight into the water, and without mixing, drink it straight and try to swallow said powder clumps in the same gulps to minimize tasting it (mixing it makes it worse). Even that was pretty annoying after a while, but yeah, at least I saw results! I’ll take a (long) break since I don’t quite need to cum more for now.

Sunflower Lecithin 1x 1200mg
Zinc Gluconate 1x 50mg
Cinnamon 1x 1000mg (added for flavor but not part of the original HGOC stack)

*additional items*
Celery Seed extract 1x 1500mg
Black Maca Extract 1x 500mg (equivalent to 20,000mg of root)
LJ100 1x 100mg (only on day of sexual event)

I have been focusing on hydration daily, which is never something I’ve been good about. Having this sexual goal has improved my awareness of it and helped considerably in adherence. I don’t mind the bathroom trips if it helps me produce copious amounts of ejaculate. A tangential health benefit! I take many other supplements but only included those I believe are pertinent.

*Results so far*
I have been on the original stack for 3days and even on day 2 the increase in precum, change in color, and increase of fluid ejaculate was noticeable. Very high hopes this trend continues as I stay on the stack longer.

QUESTION:

Ok - update…. Day 33

I saw some mild but noticeable results on the original dosages but decided to try increasing dosages of pygeum and lecithin. Details at bottom of post.

Precum now flows constantly when aroused. I also noticed that I had some pop out during a bowel movement. Not unpleasant at all, just more of a “wow” moment. This stack absolutely incontrovertibly is working for me.

Load has increased in volume substantially, is whiter than before, and takes “longer” to eject from my penis during ejaculation. Effectively, it feels like I have more contractions and they aren’t as rapid.

How long have you been on TRT? Depending on your levels, you may need to increase your anastrazole frequency (.5mg twice a week). The tricky part, is if you’re suppressing your estrogen too much you will also notice a loss of morning wood and EQ.

I’ve been on TRT for two years now, and the first year and a half were hell on earth. Finally got with a company who didn’t just want my money and to have me blast testosterone.

Anyway, much like you I just finished the thread. Very excited to try this out!

Hey appreciate the reply! Ended up being Covid That caused my temporary loss of morning wood. So no problem there anymore.

TRT is amazing and life changing. My doc carefully calibrated everything, I can’t imagine how much of a roller coaster you went through with big blasts.

Update for holy grail: it works! Increasing pygeum and lecithin as desired to add more has worked. I’ve added damiana 2000mg and it is just harmonious!

So I’m giving it a new try to get to increase my precum volume.

I must say, there’s DEFINITELY a big difference between pygeum brands. I tried multiple sources, but the Piping Rock 4000mg (concentrated extract) is the first one to actually give noticeable results.
General European brands had 0 effect ; I can now order directly from Piping rock and ship to Belgium (which wasn’t possible before), but the import tax is high, that’s about the only negative issue here.

Incidentally, I also use a heavy dose of zinc sulfate heptahydrate (600mg daily, which accounts to 136.5mg of elementary zinc), to fight of a nasty HPV infection. It’s a bit early to tell, but after merely one day, it seems that this is making things even better.

You know, you might be onto something.

I’ve tried daily mega doses (between 6 * 1600mg to 9 * 1600mg) of a Herb-Ology Pygeum brand from ebay, no effect after a week or more.
I tried daily 6-9 capsules * 5000mg of some other ebay brand, not effect after a couple of weeks.

The only one that ever seemed to do anything was the Piping Rock one I had a couple of years ago (I had the standardized one, 100mg per capsule). And I don’t like to sound like I am shilling for Piping Rock, but really it was the only one that gave me precum (I’m usually very very dry no matter what I do, and I already take 30-45mg Zinc a day).

So I just ordered one bottle of 100mg standardised and one bottle of 4000mg concentrated from Piping Rock’s website, hopefully the import tax isn’t too bad for the UK. I will see what happens with this lot.

I will take some large doses soon. My only other concern is that Pygeum may be a 5-AR inhibitor, so could cause some libido issues and low T (but I’ve already got very low T and slowly getting towards TRT on the NHS).

After reading the last 50 pages or so, I am going to give this a try. I’ll start slow and see how things go.

Here’s my current regimen for years.

* Work out 5 days a week (20 min of cardio and 45 min of weight lifting)
* Take BCAA on my workout day
* Men’s Multi Vitamin - daily (with breakfast) - has 11mg zinc
* Vitamin D 2000 IU - daily (with breakfast)
* Omega 3 1000 mg - daily (with breakfast)

I’ll be adding the following 2 items to my routine:

* Zinc 22mg - 3x a week (with lunch)
* Lecithin 1200 MG 5x a week (with lunch)

Curious if anyone have a similar regimen and can provide inputs or feedback? I will provide update in about 10-14 days.

Learned (through experience and anecdotal evidence online) that certain supplements in the stack must be taken daily to see results (possibly for weeks/months) while others may be taken the day you want to see the results.

Here’s my stack. Please tell me which ones I should be taking daily and which ones I can just pop x5 pills the morning of to experience the sexual benefits (cum volume, orgasm intensity, taste, thickness, whiter cum, horniness). Or maybe the best usage for some of these is a combination of both, I don’t know. Let me know. Also open to general advice.

Has anyone experienced a funny taste after taking any supplement? I’m trying the original poster’s stack and I’m experiencing a weird bitter taste, almost like a petroleum flavor.

I know it’s not really in this stack but ever since I’ve started taking boron I’ve had this kinda artificial sweetener taste in my mouth. Far from a bad thing but interesting none the less.
