Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

Zinc 22mg
Sunflower lecithin 1200mg
Vitamin d 2500u daily
And L citrulline 8g on days I will cum.
I’ve had the most success from these. Can anyone recommend any supplements I can add to my stack for bigger loads/orgasm/erections.

I’m also in the EU and struggling with a proper pygeum source. There is a new development in the two varieties of Swanson pygeum on the EU market, as I recently received a new Swanson formulation which has not been mentioned here.

I ordered two bottles of Swanson Pygeum “Featuring Pygeum Bark and Extract”. This was advertised as containing 120 x 500mg capsules containing 400mg bark and 100mg extract (6.5% phytosterols), a formulation which has been mentioned here on the forum in multiple posts.

However, what I received is 120 capsules of 426mg capsules containing 400mg bark and 26mg extract (25% phytosterols). The batch number is B246741 and the BBD is 07/23.

Obviously, 6.5% of 100mg and 25% of 26mg both work out to 6.5mg, so seems like the dosage is the same. I asked the seller about the difference and he said this is what they received from Swanson when they reordered the regular SKU, so it might be a replacement going forward for that formulation.

The other Swanson option is the “Standardized Extract” formulation, 100 x 250mg capsules advertised as a “4:1 extract” with no further information regarding phytosterols.

Has anyone got any experience with the 426mg capsules as opposed to the previous 500mg formulation?

Any suggestions between the 426mg capsules containing 6.5mg phytosterols as opposed to the 250mg capsules with the “4:1 extract”?

Hello to everyone still on this thread, went ahead and decided to take the plunge on this stack. Wasn’t much of a supplement consumer until now.
Up until now, been doing just kegels and edging to better myself, but don’t quite know where to start in regards to increasing length or girth.
Anyway my current stack so far:

1 x Carlyle Pygeum 4000mg
2 x NOW Sunflower Lecithin 1200mg
1 x NOW L-Arginine 1000mg
1 x Nature’s Bounty Zinc 50mg

The usual procedure is me waking up and taking the zinc with 8oz water, then having my breakfast with the rest of the stack. Do my kegels throughout the day, then take in the extra Lecithin by dinner. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, I refill my 17oz bottle multiple times during passing period. I also take 1 x GNC Pro Performance Nighttime Blend Zinc Magnesium before I hit the hay, but depending on what I’ve eaten that day (like extra beef) I cycle through the morning and night Zinc. It never hits 100mg, though, I know my limits.

Since I’m also doing NNN, I haven’t let out my progress just yet but Day 12 of my stack so far, and I feel great down there. Consistent morning wood as far as I remember, semis to full members throughout the day. Feels like bliss when I edge and hold in my progress.

Gotta say though, not sure what constitutes as good pre-cum.

I stopped taking Pygeum because it lowered my libido by a lot, although personally I found that 1/3 (500mg) of the daily serving taken once a week still achieved great results for me as far as precum production, but with lessened reduction in sex drive that only lasts about a day and a half.

I actually ended up taking a formulation of Tribulus Terrestris (7000mg), Maca (1400mg), Panax (400mg), and Ashwagandha (800mg) from zolotus and noticed a lot more precum than normal even without the Pygeum (If I had to guess I’d say it’s from the Maca). It also doesn’t give me any noticeable reduction in sex drive.
Could be a good alternative if you’re still having issues getting Pygeum, but I think Pygeum gives a good bit more precum at the dosages I tried. I might actually get standalone bottles of the individual supplements and see if I can match or exceed what I got from Pygeum; will report back here if I do.
Also I added Vitamin E and Astragalus to my stack in the same period, but I don’t think that should have any effect on precum.

Tribulus + Maca blend - 9600mg

Long term lurker first time poster. Just wanted to share my experience with a monster load that I once found by mistake.

Here in Australia we have this sports drink called “Staminade”. It’s like Gatorade or Powerade and as far as I can tell it is mostly the same except it’s locally made.

Anyway, it comes in a powder that you can use to make up to 9L by diluting it with water. Google staminade if you’re interested.

One summer I made up a big batch and drank it over 2 days. Now these days were over 40c so it was sweltering hot and I was outside a lot, drinking this stuff down. Ended up consuming the entire tub of powder in these 2 days, but not necessarily urinating any more than usual because I was sweating it all through.

It could just be that you came huge after a few days of a break of cumming. Day 3 and you exploded; day 3 is what some experts say is the day your sperm starts to recycle so if you let loose on day 3 you are really letting loose! I hear you, I know what you mean about saving it up for 3 days. Hell, I sometimes go a week. Definitely see an increase but this experience I had with staminade was like something from another dimension. It had the thickness and power of urinating with a full bladder for like a whole second, but because it was an orgasm it had a totally different feeling. And in 3 days in since I’ve started I have stopped producing precum at all. My loads have also become a lot smaller but more slightly thick in feeling and jelly-like. I am curious if there is something I am doing wrong. Yesterday I started taking the Phygeum twice a day, one in the mornings with the other supplements and another during the evening time of the night before bed. Hopefully to try give a positive effect. I also have been very proactive about drinking plenty of water during the day so I am a bit shocked to experience no longer having precum no matter what I do. It is the sole reason I stared these supplements so I am curious if anyone has had these effects before. I will say though my erections feel a lot better.
