Regardless, I waited about four hours before viewing the results. Lots of extra precum and a much stronger orgasm followed by two more spurts then I normally get.
Then I added the zinc. I didn’t notice anything dramatic, there was more precum, by a small amount, and definitely more regular cum, but nothing really to write home about. I’ve been doing those two for a few months now as I track down pygeum.
I finally got some today so I’ll be adding it to the stack. As of today I’ve been on 1200mg of lecithin and 50mg of zinc for 5 consecutive days, while abstaining for four of those. So I’ll see what the effect of the pygeum is when added into my current routine.
That said I accidentally ordered the wrong dose of pygeum. The recommendation here is 100mg, I ordered a 500mg per capsule. Before I ingest that I wanted to ask around and see if there’s any major risks to that large if a dose?
Curious if you were able to actually measure the volume of the increase in your load prior to experimenting? Do you know what the normal amount of cum you usually produce? The average is roughly 1.25 - 5 ml, so “three times” the low end would seem like a reasonable increase, but three times 2-5 ml would be unlikely unless you have hyperspermia, which I doubt you do otherwise you wouldn’t be on this forum to begin with. Also, I find it interesting that zinc didn’t produce any positive results given that researchers have shown that men with fertility problems who took zinc had a significant increase in total normal sperm count if not a minor increase. Of course, I believe it usually takes 3-6 months to obtain the results.
