So far, since May 31, (1 week now) I’ve been taking the following of the Holy Grail stack every morning. I’m a bit apprehensive about taking Pygeum, because of the possible side effects. Also, it needs to be taken in cycles :
Nature’s Bounty Zinc- 50mg- 1 Tablet a day
Nature’s Bounty L- Arginine- 1000mg- 1- Tablet a day
Now Brand Sunflower Lecithin- 1200 mg- 1 Tablet a day
I’ve also been trying to eat before taking them, but sometimes I get a bit lazy in that regard. I make sure to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water everyday and masturbating only once every 3 days, and when I do, I edge and play with myself for 20-25 minutes before finally allowing myself to shoot. This results in a pretty sizeable load. Like 4- 5 good spurts of cum. However I’m not sure if this is the because of the supplements or of me masturbating every 3 days and edging.
What I need to know is, how do I know if the supplements are actually working? How long does it usually take for it to start working? And am I taking enough of each supplement? I been strictly following the amount provided on the stack mentioned by the original poster, but I’m hearing some people are using several tables of Zinc, L- Arginine and Lecithin a day.
I’ve also been deeply considering Semanax pills, as I feel that taking one kind of pill daily is much more convenient then taking several different pills daily. But the rather high price has put me on the fence. Has anyone here actually tried them? Do they work?
