I think 500mg would be overkill unless your doctor is prescribing you that much due to an enlarged prostate (studies from Europe show great results with pygeum in men suffering from BPH also known as benign prostate hyperplasia or swollen prostate).

I take 25 mg of pygeum 3 times a day when I’m holy grailin’. I can take a 25 mg capsule, then sometime over the next few hours get a semi hard on from daydreaming and then it starts - pre cum leakin’ in the boxers - I use Vitamin Shoppe brand.
As with any supplement start out in small doses, listen to your body, observe, then adjust if necessary, but 500mg? That sounds like waaay too much.

As far as the bark or extract label- I’m not sure why you are seeing those options . It’s my understanding that all pygeum supplements are derived from the bark.. I typically always use supplements that are in extract form if given the option because of a more consistent strength per dose.

So far, since May 31, (1 week now) I’ve been taking the following of the Holy Grail stack every morning. I’m a bit apprehensive about taking Pygeum, because of the possible side effects. Also, it needs to be taken in cycles :

Nature’s Bounty Zinc- 50mg- 1 Tablet a day
Nature’s Bounty L- Arginine- 1000mg- 1- Tablet a day
Now Brand Sunflower Lecithin- 1200 mg- 1 Tablet a day

I’ve also been trying to eat before taking them, but sometimes I get a bit lazy in that regard. I make sure to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water everyday and masturbating only once every 3 days, and when I do, I edge and play with myself for 20-25 minutes before finally allowing myself to shoot. This results in a pretty sizeable load. Like 4- 5 good spurts of cum. However I’m not sure if this is the because of the supplements or of me masturbating every 3 days and edging.

What I need to know is, how do I know if the supplements are actually working? How long does it usually take for it to start working? And am I taking enough of each supplement? I been strictly following the amount provided on the stack mentioned by the original poster, but I’m hearing some people are using several tables of Zinc, L- Arginine and Lecithin a day.

In response to your question, “How do I know if the supplements are actually working?” You don’t unless you conduct a rigorous scientific experiment. You first need to measure your ejaculate in a volume beaker prior to any new changes to your diet and/or lifestyle. Keep in mind that on average, men expel between 1.25 and 5.00 ml (1/4 of a teaspoon to 1 teaspoon) of semen each time they ejaculate. Then you need to introduce one new variable at a time, measure again, etc. Then you’d need to experiment with various combinations of variables. I would imagine this to be a painstaking process. In any case, unless you actually measure the volume before and after the supplements you will never know whether there is in fact any improvement. But just seeing “4-5 good spurts of cum” or a “pretty sizeable load” could essentially put you within the 1.25 and 5.00 ml range, which is quite normal and expected on average.

Yeesh. That sounds like an awful lot of work for something that ultimately isn’t all that important in the end. It’s also discouraging to know that 4-5 spurts is “average” seeing as that the biggest I’m able to shoot. Being average in that area sucks

It really isn’t worth the time and money to invest in something so trivial as producing an extra small amount of cum, if that’s even possible. I think at most the supplements (and a healthy diet/lifestyle) will help you achieve your maximum potential, whatever that might be. The most I was able to achieve was nearly 8 ml, but I have no clue what the underlying causal factor(s) were. I altogether gave up trying to figure that out.

Starting with his holy grail cocktail with the addition of l-lysine. I’ll report back in a week or 2 with any results.

How not to do Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

I’m eating low carb keto at the minute. And even while well hydrated with 3 days abstinence edging for 30 mins it makes me cum a good bit including thick and heavy. One day of a carb refeed and only one day of abstinence gave me water fast moving ejaculate after edging for 5 mins!

Hey everyone, found out about this thread not too long ago, I just had a simple question for everyone here. When you guys first started your stack, did you take all of them at once when you started or do one of each separately for a period. For example, a week of zinc then the next week lecithin. Been using Pygeum 500mg and Lechithin 1200mg volume did not go up but I notice it more whiter than usual

Tried It Out

So I found this forum a few months back and it made me really curious. So I picked up some lecithin from the store and tested it out. Massive increase on day two. Probably three times the normal amount I produce. I also noticed I got super horny, not sure if it was placebo because the idea of a larger load is a turn on or if it really did increase sex drive for me. Regardless, I waited about four hours before viewing the results. Lots of extra precum and a much stronger orgasm followed by two more spurts then I normally get.

Then I added the zinc. I didn’t notice anything dramatic, there was more precum, by a small amount, and definitely more regular cum, but nothing really to write home about. I’ve been doing those two for a few months now as I track down pygeum.

I finally got some today so I’ll be adding it to the stack. As of today I’ve been on 1200mg of lecithin and 50mg of zinc for 5 consecutive days, while abstaining for four of those. So I’ll see what the effect of the pygeum is when added into my current routine.
