PC Exercise Regimen
I have found PC Exercises (Male Kegels) to have been very beneficiary in helping improve and maintain my erectile reliability. I have been exercising these “clinching” muscles for about four years. I focus on just the clinching used to cut off urine flow; not also squeezing the butt cheeks. Some do, some say it is not needed. My routine is usually while I’m driving to work in the mornings. My commute is about 20 minutes in duration. I started slow with 5-10 reps/ 3 sets, about a 3 sec. Squeeze, then release, approx 1 minute of rest between sets - Easy. Relaxed. After a couple of weeks, I stepped up to 10-15 reps/3sets, a couple of weeks later 15-20reps/3sets, then two weeks later 20-25reps/3sets, approx 1.5 minutes between these longer sets, then finally worked up to 25-30reps/3 sets, 1.5 minute rest between sets. Keep it easy, no need to over clinch, firm, but easy. Sometimes, a semi-erection might occur, on occasion a small bit of precum might leak , but not always. These are simple to do and can be done almost anywhere. Just go EASY! If you get sore or tired, just stop.
What have I gained? Better erections and vastly improved control of my ejaculatory trigger - bettering my endurance for longer sexual encounters. But, in the past year, I have noticed the intensity of my orgasm contractions have gone off the charts; especially if the sexual encounter is really intense and more than just a quickie. I can only describe it as multiple orgasms. Even though there is only the primary ejaculatory response, there are several “waves” of post-ejaculatory contractions that can continue for several minutes following the initial orgasm. If I relax, linger and enjoy the “after glow” - then the contractions can go on for 5 mins or more. It is extremely satisfying! Finally, I understand what women describe their orgasms to be like when the sexual encounter, their level of comfort and relaxation are perfect. I wish more men could experience these “waves”.
