PC Exercise Regimen

I have found PC Exercises (Male Kegels) to have been very beneficiary in helping improve and maintain my erectile reliability. I have been exercising these “clinching” muscles for about four years. I focus on just the clinching used to cut off urine flow; not also squeezing the butt cheeks. Some do, some say it is not needed. My routine is usually while I’m driving to work in the mornings. My commute is about 20 minutes in duration. I started slow with 5-10 reps/ 3 sets, about a 3 sec. Squeeze, then release, approx 1 minute of rest between sets - Easy. Relaxed. After a couple of weeks, I stepped up to 10-15 reps/3sets, a couple of weeks later 15-20reps/3sets, then two weeks later 20-25reps/3sets, approx 1.5 minutes between these longer sets, then finally worked up to 25-30reps/3 sets, 1.5 minute rest between sets. Keep it easy, no need to over clinch, firm, but easy. Sometimes, a semi-erection might occur, on occasion a small bit of precum might leak , but not always. These are simple to do and can be done almost anywhere. Just go EASY! If you get sore or tired, just stop.

What have I gained? Better erections and vastly improved control of my ejaculatory trigger - bettering my endurance for longer sexual encounters. But, in the past year, I have noticed the intensity of my orgasm contractions have gone off the charts; especially if the sexual encounter is really intense and more than just a quickie. I can only describe it as multiple orgasms. Even though there is only the primary ejaculatory response, there are several “waves” of post-ejaculatory contractions that can continue for several minutes following the initial orgasm. Ok Holy Grail bloggers, here is what my HIV Doctor advised. She had no issues with me taking the L-Arginine, Lecithin or Pygeum, which I have been doing since 04/10. The Pygeum was only added in the last two days. That will make 7 days on L-Arginine & Lecithin as of Friday. I will probably take a 2 day break on the current three stack regimen on Saturday & Sunday. Zinc is the only supplement she advised me NOT to take in a supplement form. Extra Zinc other than in dietary norms will reduce the concentration of one of my HIV meds in my blood stream and that is NOT a good thing. My HIV meds have been a blessing and I’d not want to do anything to mess with that. So for me, it will be a three supplement stack.

In 7 days, I have noticed slight increase in precum & semen quantity. I have also noticed a slightly higher state of libido & erection strength in the mornings, showering and when the mood hits me. Otherwise, things are going smoothly. I know it is still early. Things take time, plus we’re all “social distanced” right now anyways so no need to keep the engine reving with no where to go.

A couple of questions - Is the recommended cycle is 5 days ON / 2 days OFF? Or should it be something else? How many weeks ON and OFF would you recommend?

I am also HIV+ and currently on Biktarvy with a 850+ CD4 and undetectable. The one thing we need to stay away from is St. Johns Wort, as it negatively interacts with the protease inhibitors. I am just starting this HGCL increase a month ago.
With some slight modifications. I am only taking Zinc, Pygeum, and Lecithin. I am getting the L-Arginine from natural sources. Nuts, Legumes. I have also increased my water intake to around 96 ounces per day. At this current moment, I cannot say that I am showing the results in the precum department, but my pumps have increased, and the orgasms are more intense. As others have noted, check with the your ID doctor. Get a copy of your latest blood work, and check your levels.

I’m 59 years old and have noticed huge decrease in cum and in ejaculation intensity so I thought I’d try this.
I started using L-Arginine and L-carnitine in conjunction with supplements I already take (saw palmetto, panax ginseng and zinc) and although I haven’t increased my cum to bucket loads, I have definitely seen an increase in cum volume and ejaculation intensity.
I was also using Lecithin but stopped using because some have said it thickens their cum.
