I’ve been very cautious about taking to high dosages of zinc (I’ve never gone above 15mg when experimenting with zinc supplements), but tried for the first time to take ZMA (NOW brand) which has 30mg of zinc in the full recommended daily dosage, when I tried as recommended and took it on an empty stomach about one hour before bedtime, well the result was that I haven’t felt so bad during the night for a long time.

My stomach was upset and I couldn’t sleep for about 3-4 hours.

So my advise to anyone is be cautious when it comes to taking high doses of zinc.

Hey all! I started this stack (but at 3000mg L-arg to start) and decided to record my findings with pictures as proof. Attached is a pic of my normal ejaculate amount. I’m guessing around 5ml-7.5ml, I also do not precum AT ALL and will post pics of proof as well, I will also document precum amounts after 10 minutes of “stimulation” with the end results. All documentation will be after 3 days of abstinence and will probably be posted once weekly to keep results in order. I will also create a thread specifically for this experiment once I’m allowed to since I’m a new member.

Yeah, DO NOT take Zinc on empty stomach. I learned that the hard way too.

I did this some years ago. I spent about an hour in the health food shop gathering all the ingredients. I was 4mil every time.

I recently read somewhere on Thunders about Ashwiganda. Seems to be working for me but I am yet to measure. Another ‘problem’, if you will, is I now shoot. Much harder to catch the cum.

I take Now Zinc Picolinate 50mg https://www.ama … /dp/B000TMJZ4G/
(equivalent to 455% recommended daily intake) 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. It’s easier to remember on a tight routine. Daily would be overkill for certain.
ALL Zinc should be taken WITH a meal.
Consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

Just found this thread but I’ve been practicing a lot of this on and off over the years. I previously tried a stack of sunflower lecithin (1200mg x 3 to 15), L-arginine (500mg x 2), pygeum (500 mg x 2), zinc (50 mg x 1, three days a week) and saw palmetto (540mg x 2-3) that I took alongside a general multivitamin and a D3 supplement.
