By all means experiment with the Lecithin, I did many versions, 3 x 1200mg tablets (1 tablet three times a day), both from soy and sunflower. I tried doubling the dosage for a while, I tried megadosing day before and on the day of sex (3-4 1200 mg capsules 3x pr. day). Tried the Sunflower Lecithin in powder form, recommended dosage, double recommended dosage. But never found any significant in anything except thickness of cum.
Also did testing on Pygeum (half the dosage, regular and double). Always sensed lack of libido and lack of erection quality.
Now on the other hand L-Arginine I am pleased with, it seems to somewhat give me a bit more lasting ability and erection firmness. Maybe it is even contributing to constant ejaculation volume (had sex with misses three/four days in a row and always squirted similar amount it seemed), this was after taking 1x1200mg three times a day.
Will definitely try L-Citrulline as well.
Maca is good stuff in my opinion, not sure if it enhances libido or ejaculation volume, but it seems to give some extra feeling of energy for the day.
Kegels are great, I’m doing those regularly.
Kinkiness and long foreplay are great, probably the best contributor to a nice ejaculation.
Hydration, water, coconut water etc., those are probably some important factors.
Until something else comes along, this is what I will stick to.
If someone invents a safe pill/powder/drink whatever, that can make one ejaculate 10-15ml at a time, I would gladly pay $100 for a months supply :)
