I’ve came across this thread about a month and a half ago. I’ve never been one to frequent forums however this one I’ve read from page one.

The stories and results that I have read in this past month are amazing. One that truly stood out was Heidi’s husband taking the stack to get her pregnant. (Congratulations on the two babies)

1- arginine : started with one and built up to about 6-8 a day

2- soy/sunflower lecithin : started with one and I try to bring it to 6-8 a day when I will be performing.

3 - Zinc - 50 mg daily

4- l lysine - 2-3 a day (I don’t have herpes but I’ll finish the bottle. It’s still an amino acid.

5- Damiana - 6-8 a day. I just read that this and lecithin May cancel themselves out. Not sure tho.

6- l - carnitine : 3 per day

7- yohimbe : day of performance

8- hgw : day of performance 1-2

9- maca sometimes day of.

I may be leaving something out but these definitely work and I’m extremely grateful to have found this.

God knows the diet we have in the modern era is garbage and any supplementation won’t hurt. But check with doctors boys and girls.

I’ve seen some people on here that DEFINITELY addicted to porn. It’s not normal or healthy to be ejaculating daily. Not holier then thou here I just know this from experience.

Some people here claim they don’t but probably ejaculate 2-3 times a day. If not then maybe it is it true that it doesn’t affect everyone but if your deficient in the nutrients needed to make cum, you can’t make as much as you could.

And obviously if you continually waste your seed that can’t be taken back, then don’t expect to be full of cum. More you cum less you have. Masturbation is a new concept that had to be shown to you. It’s fucked up. But don’t we all do it now eh boys.

It is very good that you can consume 6-8 grams of arginine without any side effects. I and the user sippalnomah have arrhythmia of heart contractions.

I want to try citrulline malate. Who has experience with this?

I have taken lecithin and zinc for a while but not really noticed that much of an increase. What I care more about is the strength behind the shot or how far it shoots. Any recommendations for that beside kegels?

I put my money on Ashwagandha!

That and LJ-100 are what I have stuck to using with confidence after trying many things.
If not for increased quantity, the QUALITY of your sperm is sure to increase.
The only 2 things backed by science that I know of.

What do y’all think of Phosphatidylcholine? Supposedly an Enhanced Version of Sunflower and Soy Lecithin.

Here’s my report after 1 month of taking per day (6 days on, 1 day off) : lecithin 1360mg, zinc gluconate 50mg, combo of (bark pygeum extract 100mg , saw palmetto 320mg , pumpkin seed oil 3000mg) x2

I saw results in roughly one week. I earned ~10-15% of semen production and maybe a ~300% in precum. I did produce the last in small quantity and now it’s still not that crazy but it’s an improvement. I wish I could produce this in large quantity :( . And now it’s not evolving anymore.

I may take another serving of the combo softgel but I’m a bit worried about the side effect. : I had some heartaches for like a week, I think it’s coming from the pygeum as I read online it can mess with the heart.

You take too little lecithin. In addition, capsules are ineffective. Better powder or liquid for sunflower or granules for soy.

L-Carnitine

I can’t believe my obsession with the money shot, lol. I’ve been researching for about two years now (if not longer).

The one thing I haven’t tried is L-carnitine, does anyone have experience with that? I actually read a research paper that claimed an increase in ejaculate volume from taking 25 mg of L-carnitine for 2-3 months.

Most doses I see in supplements are about 500-1.000 mg?!?!?!? Is this the wonder I’ve been looking for :)

I have only recently started adding L-arginine (I get about 850 mg in my daily protein shake, taken 5 x a week), but I’ve added a large capsule that contains about 1,3 g og L-arginine. I did this though since I started working out more regularly, and L-arginine supposedly is good for providing nitric oxide, which supposedly helps dialate the veins in the body, helping with stamina and such. But also L-arginine can be taken about 30-40 minutes before sex (whic of course is a workout on its own).

I once tried that and I don’t know if it was a placebo effect, but I did last longer (maybe around 10 minutes) and did give my wife a good bang for the buck so to speak. More research definetely needed, lol.

But anyone here who has tried L-carnitine?

At least for me Pygeum seems to be poison. I tried taking it three times, once with the stack, once with about half of the stack, and once on its own.

For me it kills the libido and I never saw any addition in pre-cum, but it might work differently for others.

L-carnitine research paper

It’s always fun to read a scientific research paper, but even more so when it seems to back up what this thread is about :)

To put the main summary here in words, the conclusion was that L-carnitine increased semen volume by a whopping 57%, (before taking it the average was 2.5 ml with a +/- of 1.2 ml), but after L-carnitine it went to 4.0 ml with a +/- of 0.8 ml.

I’m guessing they are talking about ejaculate volume when talking about semen volume since there is a different parameter for sperm count.

Could this be the addition to the Holy Grail I’ve been looking for :)

Please come forward if you have tried taking L-carnitine, or try it and share results (could take from 1 - 3 months to see results).

But seems like this is a safe and beneficial supplement for most people, especially if you are active and/or working out regularly.

I have tried L-Carnitine after reading the research papers on it and I didn’t really notice much of a difference. I took 3000mg a day.

Honestly, after taking a lot of these supplements off and on over several years, the only ones that seem to do anything noticeable is: L-Arginine+Pycnogenol for erections, Lecithin thickens the cum, Zinc+Folic Acid seems to slightly increase volume, and Pygeum seems to slightly increase precum.

The biggest factors in getting a bigger cumshot is without a doubt hydration and abstaining from masturbation for a few days. These supplements don’t come close to increasing ejaculate as much as those two factors. Hydration is so key to the equation that my girlfriend and I can literally judge if I’m hydrated or not based on the amount of precum I produce and the ejaculate and its sort of an inside “joke”

I have had two TURP procedures: one in 2003, a second in 2015. After each one the volume as well as color of my semen changes drastically. After the first procedure which BTW was performed because of serious increase in prostate size and PSA level, my semen was very watery both in viscosity and appearance. This never returned to normal. The procedure in 2015 was because of blockage of the urethra. This blockage was located at the prostate. It has now been 4 years since that procedure which was mid-October 2015. The viscosity and color have both returned to normal, but not the volume. Any suggestions.

(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg
