Thanks. I take a Zink capsule everyday also forgot to add it. And I exercise almost everyday so I drink alot water.

There is a certain amount of this that just boils down to genetics. I’ve tried just about everything trying to shoot ropes like the mighty Peter North, who drenched soooo many porn stars in the 90s it was hard to believe. You are probably right. Its genetics. You just have to find your thing and you will get a little push and see some results but you will never be a Peter North. There is some amateur clips out there and it would be nice to ask how they do it but I bet its genetics also.

I would say drinking more water is number one. Then zinc, arginine and lecithin. There are different forms of arginine, “L-arginine” and “AAK arginine” I think, and also citrulline mallate, which breaks down via digestion becoming arginine. Different folks get different results with different things, but those three seem to be the best reviewed, along with simply drinking more water.

Thanks Raybbaby. I have used Citrulline Malate before for gym workouts and I may have had better loads then. Worth trying again along with the other things you’ve said.

Water with some fruit juice like a bit of lemon juice and honey should hidrate better than just plain water.

I ve tried L-Arginine two times, both times my heart felt weird. Like skipping beats etc. So I stopped.
