I don’t know of anything particularly targeted at diminishing the refractory period, no.
However, my personal experience has led me to believe that Maca is very helpful at increasing sex drive and Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed) at increasing the firmness of erection potency.
I have personally had sex to completion 3 times with Maca alone in the same evening. I am 37 years old if that makes a difference

You can look into either/both of those for more information.
I cannot recommend anything without a word of warning of course, but I will admit that I find both work very well in combination. However, such combinations might not be safe for everyone.

I am getting very firm on believing that Maca is a great supplement. Wife started using it as well. For me it gives a great energy boost and I think it might be adding to sexual drive for both of us.

She uses gelatinized red maca in capsule form, I love the raw black maca.

I love Maca! It is a powerful libido enhancer from my experience… It also boosts output volume. Make sure to cycle it also, like most herbal supplements, although technically this one is a vegetable.
Coupled with L-citrulline, it makes for a potent aphrodisiac!

I tried to test with just an increase in water intake and no supplements. Didn’t see results I liked all that well. So it seems for me that water helps boost when I take supplements but otherwise its not too helpful. Unless I just wasn’t getting enough of it regardless.

Water seems to do nothing. I drink between 1/2 to one gallon of water per-day and I see no increase. Supplements does not help me either. At times, I have problems with retrograde ejaculations.

I’ve been reading up on this thread - and reactionary/review threads on other forums of this informative post - for several weeks now. I am typically against taking pills, as I know much later in life (I’m 25) I will probably be reliant on them, as will we all I’m sure.

So I started looking into it, and I decided to go for the Lecithin and Pygeum combo, at least to start off.

First of all, I want to cover brands.

I’m from the UK, therefore the brands suggested in the thread are hard to get, being either far to expensive to ship, or not at all shippable to the UK from the US. They are not available (from what I tried to find) in the UK at all. The brands I used instead are as follows (both available from Amazon.co.uk):
- Pygeum: VitaSense Pygeum 100 mg (12% Phytosterols) - Prostate Health - 60 pills
- Lecithin: Solgar Soya Lecithin 1360 mg Softgels - Pack of 100

Secondly, the plan.

The original post matches the recommended dosage of both Pygeum and Lecithin for the brands I used (although you can take up to 6 or 7 Lecithin per day).
I am on Day 10 of Lecithin (1x per day), and Day 8 of Pygeum (2x per day).
I have planned out my routine, and do not start a cycle until this weekend (5 days on, 2 off) because I wanted to see results in the first 2 weeks.

Finally, the results.

Libido has definitely increased, I do struggle to resist the urges most days, which I think I need to do so that I can abstain and see what happens (I hope to abstain until the weekend, wish me luck!). It took me a mere 3 or 4 hours on Day 1 of Lecithin, before I actually got far too turned on. I’m not sure if this was a coincidence or a result.

Orgasm intensity has definitely increased also. I used to have variable orgasms, in which sometimes it would be a brief rush of pleasure and barely anything, and other times it would be ‘leg-wobble’ intense with a longer length. After about Day 3 of Lecithin, I have had consistent ‘leg-wobble’ orgasms, the past 2 days probably being the best so far.

Firmness/Sensitivity has had a slight increase, but it’s not been that noticeable in my opinion. It really does depend on the day, and what I am wearing (tighter/looser trousers or underwear, etc).

Precum has been non-existent for the most part (unless I tease and play for a few hours), with just a small bead or two coming out. This may be because I’ve not abstained long enough, but I’ve seen no difference even after abstaining for 2 days (masturbating yesterday, and 2 days prior to that). To note, I usually barely ever precum at all, unless I’m extremely turned on, have edged most of the day, etc.

Cum/Load has been barely noticeable in terms of improvement. Once more, this may be because of my lack of abstaining for long enough periods of time. While sometimes it feels more intense, like it is going to shoot as I feel it travel from the base of my shaft, it just spits out ‘gently’ and sort of ‘globs’ into a small puddle within about an inch ahead of my tip in terms of distance. This again is like my usual load, which increases slightly in terms of volume depending on how long I’ve abstained and how much time I’ve spend teasing and edging.

The Summary (so far).
The ‘mess’ is the big deal for me, and the purpose for starting these supplements. I would rather not feel the improved intensity I’ve felt so far, and instead have noticeably larger precum and cum volume. So I am a bit disappointed that I have yet to see any results relating to this.
That said, I am fully aware that every individual is different, for example I know that some people didn’t feel the intensity or increased libido as early as I did. I need to train myself more to resist and abstain for longer periods of time, as well as understand that it’s not yet been 2 weeks from taking my first supplement of Lecithin, and some have reported not seeing results for up to an entire month.
Furthermore, I will continue taking the supplements until the supply ends (1 month for Pygeum), and consider changing brands if I see no increase in cum or precum, as this may also be a culprit. However, it seems to be much more difficult to find and obtain supplements here in the UK, and the brands I’ve purchased seem to be the most popular.
I will update my progress in a week or so, or as soon as I’ve seen newer results of course.

Lecithin (1200mg) - one pill of Soy Lecithin.
Pygeum (1000mg) - that’s one pill of Pygeum africanum (bark).
I’d like to point out that I take all of these after I finish my breakfest. I’m not very good at remembering to take my pills regularly so I just down them with lots of water after the first meal of the day. One thing that I’ve noticed after once taking them while still being hungry is that they would make me very nauseous. Another thing I’d like to point out is my massive dose of Pygeum. Shop at which I buy my products, offers Pygeum at this certain dose and daily recommended intake of Pygeum is not established so I just go with that.
So about the effects. From what I’ve noticed, Holy Grail, really does increase my load size. My loads were pretty big even without those supplements (7-8 ropes) and after a few days of taking those, my load size increased to 12-14(!) ropes. At first I didn’t increase my water intake and the results were noticeable immediately. After increasing my water intake (I just started minding to drink water when I normally wouldn’t do that. [college, in front of my PC]) my loads didn’t increase further but what happened instead I guess, is that Lecithin began to kick in. My orgasms became much stronger. I never leaked precum and now I kinda do. (I wouldn’t be able to produce or leak any precum (I was seriously painfully dry) and now I do leak a little bit every time I masturbate which is a big step ahead for me.)
Other things worth noticing is that I no longer have problems with my prostate (I had slight issues which weren’t worth treating according to my doctor) which is propably due to my increased Pygeum intake, after I cum my penis is in this semi-erect state for a longer time now and overall my erections are super stiff.

Can I ask how old you are? I have been through the thread and there a lot of mixed feelings about taking pygeum if you are younger. Some of the posters argue that it affects DHT levels and their EQ goes down while others claim an increase in sex drive???

Or more specifically what is the average age of the people that have had success with this stack? Pygeum seems to be advertised as a prostate supplement so in theory it should benefit those who are older more than those that are younger?

Used Pygeum first time at age 25/26. Caused me to leak precum like crazy.

Haven’t used it recently but will be curious to see if it changes with age.

Has anyone tried Ashwagandha and/or Horny Goat Weed?

I’m currently trying Ashwagandha, took 1 x 500mg in the morning for one month. Then took a break for about 8 days. I read many saying that the body needs somekind of adjustment/buildup period for anything to start taking effect (anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks).

I started taking the Ashwagandha again about 5 days ago (took only 1 x 500mg again), my plan is to try taking (everything on a cycle 5 days on, 2 off) for the next month and increase the Ashwagandha to 1 x 500 mg in the morning and 1 x 500 at night.

I’m also increasing my Maca from about 3-5 grams daily, up to the max recommended of 9 grams.

This is kinda my last shot at the moment . Now my “stack” will look like this for the next month.

I take a multivitamin + 3 additonal supplements three times a day, all of which include Zinc, therefore I do not take additional Zinc, maybe this is not enough, but I reckon that from my diet I am getting additional Zinc as well.

So total Zinc for the day is about 21mg + I’m guessing I’m getting quite additional Zinc from my daily food source (for example I eat a lot of nuts, cashews, almonds and also pumpkin seeds, all are a good source for Zinc).

Anyhow, mid morning shake (plant based protein shake) gives about 1,8g of L-Arginine, plus a lot of other amino acids, and into it I mix a about 10g of sunflower lecithin powder and 8-9g of Raw Black Maca powder.

Will try this mix for a couple of months. Cut down on the booze, increase gym time, get better sleep and see if it will change anything.

And I started doing Kegels about two+ months ago. Will continue that as well.

Horny Goat Weed is illegal to sell over here, so I guess that will be hard to test.
