Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

Comments like ”WOW! That’s a lot of come” are to me the truest test for proving my stack works, along with the gratification I get when I jizz all over my wife’s satisfied smile

I had disposable measuring cups. The kind you’d find on the top of cough syrup that holds a small amount. I only tested once (foolishly). I didn’t notice much of a change but I also wasn’t drinking enough water back then or really making a full stack. I agree that measuring is generally the best way to tell.

Hello! I took measurements using electronic scales. The results are written on page 172, Post # 2577.

Newbie to PE and supplements. I’m hoping to bring something new to the bedroom.

I got myself:
100mg Pygeum (400mg bark) x2 daily
1200mg sunflower lecithin x2 daily
50mg zinc x1 daily

A gallon of water daily.

I started this week after reading this thread. I read something about cycling? Do I not take this “stack” everyday? I think cycling said something about five days and a two day break vs three weeks and a two week break?

Please advise for someone new to all of this or any suggestions?

Anyone have an opinion on my stack? It’s been four days and I haven’t noticed any differences in my pre or my ejaculate. I’ve been reading people have only been taking a single dose of the 1200mg Lecithin.

Thoughts?

Looks good. Oral supplements and vitamins generally need to build up in your system. It could take up to 2 weeks for you to really notice anything.

You can take up to 10g of lecithin safely. That’s what I take about 3x a week

Are you a doctor, physician or nutritionist? I’d probably be careful of randomly recommending a particular dosage for someone you don’t know at all. I say this because lecithin is derived from soy, as I’m sure many know by now in this forum, and a certain percent of the population is sensitive to soy. Thus, they are limited to 200-500 mg doses. So, I’m curious what your justification is for claiming that it is safe for others to ingest 10g of lecithin 3x a week? It might be safe for you but that doesn’t mean it will be safe for other people. There’s a reason why the standard recommended dosage (for those not sensitive to soy) per serving (in capsule form) is 1200 mg/1.2g. In granules, the recommended dosage at most, again for those not sensitive to soy, and from what I’ve seen thus far, is recommended at 6.5 grams (6,500 mg) per dose.

Furthermore, keep in mind that lecithin contains choline (roughly 500 mg per serving for men 19+ yrs) and there are side effects for a high intake (more than 3,500 mg for adults) on a daily basis, ranging from vomiting, excessive sweating and salivation to more severe effects such as liver toxicity and cardiovascular disease (Choline - Consumer)

It takes up to 4 weeks for a supplement to kick in, 2 weeks is the bare minimum.

Give it about one month since four days is premature for basing a substantial conclusion. And, as I posted previously, the only way to determine or “notice any differences” is to actually measure your load before and after the stack. Even then, it would be difficult to isolate the supplement that is contributing to the increase in seminal fluid, if there is an increase.

I’m no doctor, but apparently you are. I was simply sharing the recommended dosage according to the manufacturer, so it was not random. Of course it doesn’t apply to everyone. I imagine everyone here is sharing information based on personal research, and those asking questions understand that they are not dealing with professionals and should therefore always proceed with caution. That’s a given I would like to think. Maybe I should have written a disclaimer. Maybe we all should each and every time we try and advise or share with other users on this forum. If my guidelines were inappropriate, I am certainly sorry and have no issues removing them.

If someone has sensitivities to soy. They should avoid it, obviously, especially in higher dosages. Nothing of the like was mentioned. I could also link to many websites that recommend dosages of up to 35g daily for treating ailments. It seems there is no consensus in the academic community about ideal dosage as not much research has been done with lecithin.

Have a healthy day!

Have you noticed a difference in sperm volume between soybean and sunflower lecithin use?

ADM2600, you wondered if someone measured the amount of sperm on the scales. Do you have such scales, have you measured your sperm?

I bought soy lecithin in granules. I eat 10 grams in the morning with porridge. On the second day of admission, I completed my 17-day period of abstinence. The weight of the sperm was measured on the scales.

1 orgasm - 11.6 grams.
2 orgasm - 5,3 gr.
3 orgasm - 2.2 gr.

Between orgasms, the difference is 3-5 minutes.

The results satisfy me, since before that, the maximum was around 9 gr.
But I need to test the weight with daily ejaculation.

I am in favor of a scientific approach, so I encourage everyone to buy a small scales with an accuracy of 0.1 grams or more precisely and make measurements on them. In this case, the duration of masturbation should be the same every time (for example, half an hour) and the time of day is the same every time (for example, evening).

Relative density of sperm - 1030, water - 1000. So from the weight we need to take 3% to get the volume in milliliters.

What was your output before you started your supplements for this purpose? Hard to interpret if we don’t know the baseline measurements.

Thanks.

It’s right there in the text you quoted

I’ve never experimented with sunflower lecithin.

I don’t have such scales, and I haven’t measured the amount of sperm. How do you do that? Perhaps you meant seminal fluid? If so, I’ve only used a graduated cylinder to measure the volume. The best results I have achieved after a four-day waiting period (anything more is futile based on my research and experimentation), with and without the stack (at least for me) ranges from 8.5 mL - 9 mL which is well above the average of 1.23 mL - 4.93/5 mL.

I should note that age and lifestyle does significantly impact the amount of semen you will produce, and most importantly the size of your seminal vesicles (the largest portion of the ejaculate in which it is stored), the prostate gland, the testes (where sperm is actually produced) and bulbourethral glands, will determine how much seminal fluid overall can be physically stored. So, if you’re genetically unlucky then no matter what you do you will never produce anything more than what your physical capacity will allow, unfortunately.
